I contacted the Gap Cover department of Bonitas several times since 7 January, now for a month till date regarding the enrolment of Gap Cover. Every time I phoned to talk to someone (Broker) that can answer my questions regarding the Bonitas Gap Cover supreme I am send from pillar to post or the best - they will get a broker to phone me. Needless to say, that never happens and then I have to phone again, same story all over. To date no one has even bother to phone me back or answer my email. I have two very simple questions since I am an existing Bonitas member for many years and want to take out Bonitas Gap Cover. One would think that they will be eager to sell you cover like any other insurance but no way not Bonitas. It is extremely frustrating and I am just wondering how difficult it will be when you want to claim - maybe not even worth joining them. Impossible to rate customer service as it does not exist
Recommendation: Don't bother to enquire on anything with Bonitas you are wasting your time. The customer service is extremely poor
