Bonitas Boncap deducted R17255 from my bank.
My account is in debt, and I am unable to fulfil my other responsibilities and household duties now as I have no funds in my account.

My monthly premium should be R5000 for 2026. As 2025, I was paying R4572 per month

No communication was provided by bonitas regarding such a bug amount being charged to my account via email or cell.
I submitted income verification documents on the deadline date before the day ended as well.
This is a fraudulent transaction. And under no circumstances was this transaction correct nor justifiable. If this is how medical aids work I rather cancel and stick to cash.
