Since last week Friday 19 June 2026 I've been trying to get my Medication after I did the screening for the Benefit Booster but to no avail. I called Bonitas several times and sent WhatsApp as said and I've been promised a call back and to be transferred to an agent. I went to the doctor then to the chemist with the thinking that my Benefit Booster is activated I will get my medication to my surprise I was told I don't have funds. I went for screening on the 30th May 2026 and the results were set to Bonitas. I don't understand what's going on at Bonitus. Please assist me. I am sick with bad flu need medication.
