My monthly payment is supposed to be R2560. 00 i received an email that on the 2nd of January 2026 a deduction of R10592 will be deducted.

I went to customer support service center and Lesley triad to help me on 24th December no financial controller were available.

I received an an email today29th December that that the R10592 will be deducted on the 2nd of January 2026. A refund will only be be made after the 10th January 2026. How am i going to pay my bills?
