On May 16th at 9:02am I had ordered 2 coffees with 6 creams and 6 Splendas for each coffee. I even asked Janet whose name was on the receipt if that amount of cream and Splenda was in the bag. She said yes. When I got home there were only 5 creams and 4 Splendas. It even showed on the receipt 6 creams and 6 Splendas. This has happened multiple times. If there's a limit, then I should have been told, or it should be posted on the menu board. But if not, Janet shouldn't have lied and just thrown in the bag whatever amount she wanted to put in there. She also was not very professional at her job. If she doesn't care enough to pay attention what a customer's receipt says and be more professional at her job, then maybe she needs to get out of the restaurant business. I know we all have bad days, but this has become a habit and as me being a regular customer I'm getting tired of the employees treating the customer's the way they do, especially the way Janet treated me. Something needs to be done about this, or you will definitely lose not only me as a customer but I'm sure other customers as well.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response.
