Unlike other big-box stores like Amazon, Walmart, and Target, Bob's Discount Furniture does NOT offer refunds or exchanges. Make no mistake, Bob's is a billion-dollar business. They are NOT some poor little mom and pop business. They are a BIG business that doesn't stand behind their products. They offer some B.S. Goof Proof warranty that is worthless and that they don't stand behinds.

Bob's is ONE big RIPOFF.
