Banana bread
I ordered banana bread with my meal. The slices of the bread were downsized by 25%. When I asked our waiter why they were so small she said it’s the new size. They were also very dry. We bought a loaf to bring home and it was the same thing, very dry, not very good, all the butter in the world couldn’t change it. Coffee is now $3.00 for a small cup. These types of changes won’t bring us back anytime soon.
A great Store Manager
The Manager at 8020 US Hwy 42 * Florence, KY. 41042 that goes by the name Jack but his full name is John Robertson. We have been going to this Store for several years and by fare he is the best Manager yet. He is hard working and pitches in when things get busy! Every one that works with him are a lot happier and appreciate him, as we do.
Please don't ship him off to some other store and give us another bad or so-so manager as we have had in the past.

I would like to let the corporate offices of Bob Evans know what a kind, dedicated employee you have at our North Olmsted, Ohio location. His name is "Isaac" and he handles the front counter with grace and efficiency. He even knows his regulars by name and what they order for carryout. I worked in customer service at FedEx for twenty-three years and have a good eye for exceptional service. He goes beyond and above in his approach to everyone who comes through the door. May you reward him with the recognition and financial reward he deserves.
PS: You need a better sign out front so people can see you're in the neighborhood.

I love Bob Evan’s food, but was very disappointed when I went into Amherst location and placed an order of 2 large salads. Both exactly the same, with some special instructions, no blue cheese, and rolls. To my disappointment both had blue cheese and both were given biscuits.

I arrived at Bob Evans on 3/6/2024 at 1:20 The place was pretty empty For what ever reason I did not get seated until 2:00 It took from 2:00 until 3:00 to get the food and my order was incorrect and had to be sent back.. I asked to speak to the manager and was told there was not one available The lady checking me out did take $5.00 off. I was seated in a booth by the Hostess

This is the third time we have bought these over the last few weeks. Everytime hoping they would taste better than the time before. Did you change the receipe:? They tasted so bad no one ate them.
My mom came and tasted one and she said they were awful. She is a chef. She asked me how long they were in the freezer. I told her I just bought them that day. She thought they were freezer burned or old.
I told her this is the third time they tasted that way..
We won't buy them anymore as they taste really bad.

Bob evans 32 oz original mashed potatoes — 2 packages
Please see the attached photo of the 32 oz package of Bob Evans Original Mashed Potatoes that I just took from my refrigerator to make for the grandchildren’s dinner—the potatoes are BROWN! I use this brand of mashed potatoes often and have never seen them spoiled before.
The photo shows the “Use By 12/15/23/KCL3” stamped on the outside sleeve. I bought 2 packages of them at Walmart 2 weeks ago—and both are brown and not usable! I don’t have the Walmart receipt, so I can’t return them to Walmart.
Would you please refund my money or replace the two packages of potatoes? I paid $5.48 for each of the two packages of mashed potatoes.

The ladies bathroom
Every time I eat there for the last several years the floors are dirty and sticky to walk on and the toilet bowls on the outside of the bowl down to the floor are covered in piss, dust and hair. Whoever is responsible for cleaning the toilet bowls need to clean the ENTIRE bowl inside and out. The floors need to be mopped daily with bleach and a detergent for floors to get them sanitized and clean to look at.
