I’m not sure what your cooks are doing at the Bob Evans in Johnson City Tennessee but the sausage gravy is a brown color instead of a milky color and it doesn’t taste like real sausage gravy.
And when you leave it in the fridge overnight it separates and water is very evident and the gravy turns very thin instead of thickening like normal gravy does.
I’m not sure why they used a water base to make sausage gravy instead of milk but it was and is a grave mistake!
Nobody but nobody ever uses water to make a sausage gravy!
Whoever came up with that idea should lose their job over it.
Until Bob Evans returns to making real sausage gravy I will absolutely refuse to go into another one of your restaurants.
That gravy that I was served on 02/11/2024 was absolutely an abomination to anyone that has ever made or eaten sausage gravy at anytime in their lives!
