Bob Evans review: I’m NOT complaining! I’m reporting EXCELLENCE!

My name is Karen Crispen. This is regarding store#493 in Hermitage, PA. I’m a frequent customer here. Previously I reported a complaint about the manager, a tall white am who appears to not be shaven, but today I’m reporting excellence! My waitresses was very polite and efficient., apologized for the delay on coffee because it wasn’t fresh. But within a couple of minutes she had a piping hot coffee in my hands and anyone who drinks coffee ☕️ appreciates that!
The store was busy but clean. The manager who I’ve complained about before did a wonderful job tonight! He was friendly and relaxed and spoke very kindly to his employees treating them well! He even brought out my plate to me as the waitress was busy when the order came up. He was on top of his game tonight.
The food was wonderful, and your bacon ? keeps me coming back. The waitress also was very efficient and kind and I thanked her. She said she enter job and I told her it shows!
So after a long hard day I really appreciated the excellent food and service I received tonight! Thank you again. If I can I’ll send you a copy of my receipt.
