ftp stopped working october 15th after a wordpress update. the website is ok to view but cannot be updated in the normal manner(executing app ftp constructed scripts). Been working fine prior to this.No changes made our end, Been working fine prior to this for years. Spent hours and hours on chat. On the last occasion circa 31st of October the assistant actually admitted there were problems for lots of customers and i was told to try again in a few days. access to my website can be seen via https://culchethbridgeclub.co.uk/daten/. the site is used to hold results of bridge events

Desired outcome: Just get the site to back it was on Oct 14th and provide the previous good service you supplied. Pleas respond to this complaint.
