Husband and I were told 1 thing and 1 price and after everything was set up (incorrectly) we were given a completely different total on what we owe. I have called many times from the get go to get the pool set up correctly but I am being gaslighted, cursed out, and I have been hung up on many times. The lady that takes my payments has yelled and cursed me out and when I try to file a complaint no one returns my calls. This company is a fraud and should return everyone's money. I am looking into what can be done because I don't want anything to do with this company.

Desired outcome: Company shut down, being removed and all my money refunded. Company needs to PUBLICLY apologize to every customer they ever defrauded
