I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent order from Cureskin, being handled by Bluedart
For the past 5–6 days, the shipment status has repeatedly been updated as “Missed Delivery – Consignee Not Available.” This claim is completely incorrect. I have not received a single call from the delivery agent, nor have any contact details been shared with me to coordinate the delivery.
Additionally, I spoke with your customer care team yesterday, and I was assured that the parcel would be delivered today. However, the same false update has been repeated again without any delivery attempt or communication.
This reflects highly unprofessional and unacceptable service. I request you to ensure that my parcel is delivered to me immediately without any further delay.
If you are unable to fulfill the delivery, I demand that the order be cancelled and a full refund be processed at the earliest.
