My wife had a great aunt pass away out west and we sent an array ($144.75) my wife saw their site and a $35 rebate...unbeknownst she ALSO signed up for the 9.99 a month Blooms Reward program.
I called and asked what gives and her agreeing to the discount ("50%! -only up to $35 come to find out) had us sign up for this crap
said they would cancel our rewards program and return the four months of fees (but will have to take BACK that $35 discount)
What a bunch of thieves!
Take advantage of people...sham on you people

This company has had MANY complaints -- not just because of confusion over the membership fees to BloomsRewards itself, but also for the fact that they sign you up for a whole separate membership (IdentityWorldWide.com) at the same time.
Customers are trying to just order flowers, people! What about that don't you get?
Why sneak a Identity Protection program into this? Most people are not aware this is a program that must be cancelled separately -- so even if they cancel their BloomsRewards program, they will not know it is a whole separate process to cancel the IdentityProtection program!
Once these companies get your credit card number, you are in big trouble -- good luck trying to get them to stop charging it.
