On 7/2/25 I arrived at the deli at 9:10pm to order one pound of ham. There was one gentleman cleaning the machines who didn't bother to acknowledge me. Once I got his attention, I asked him for a pound of ham. He said no because they were already closed. I asked what time did they close and he said 9:30pm but that there was no one else available. I told him I was aware the store closes at 10pm and understood deli closed at 9:30pm so why was he turning me away if it was 9:10pm? Not only was he turning me away, he was so arrogant and rude. When I asked to speak to a manager he told me to go to customer service. I did go to cu service and shared my experience.

If you are old enough to shop alone, you are old enough to wait until he is done cleaning the machines before he acknowledges you. You are also old enough to know that NO is NOT the SAME as RUDE.
You should have waited until he was done cleaning. Stop being impatient kiddo.
