Bitdefender – Will not let you cancel auto pay or subscription

I was notified that my subscription would auto renew within a month. Upon trying to cancel I found all methods of doing so had been removed. Searched online and on Reddit found where numerous people has same problem and even called Bitdefender the "virus". I have spent several days trying without success. It is not a BBB member and all the site does is give you a runaround. This company is based out of country. I liked their service and was going to renew but no way now.
