BioLife Plasma Services review: I believe I was deferred wrongly

I feel I was wrongly deffered. I donated and ended up with a hematoma however I had no idea what it was and upon asking the guy who did my donation he really didn't explain anything so I went to the hospital where the doctor was being rude and of course being in pain I got rude back. Due to something that happened in the hospital and not even in biolife center they deffered me indefinitely. I would love to donate again but they ont let me. This happened in harrisonburg, va by the way.
