Aria Care Partners - Stole my brothers money
My brother was a patient at a care facility in Indiana and Aria provided his dental insurance. My bother passed away on May 22 and Aria was duly informed but still debited his account for his June premium. I have spent 4.5 months trying to get them to refund more then $150 they owe him. And since he was a Medicaid recipient, they have technically defrauded Medicaid of their money. Three times they gave me the "check is in the mail" story only to never have it show up. If I could give them a -5 review I would have. Utterly dishonest people.
Recommendation: Avoid this company like the plague

Not only did they start billing him and the state, but also starting sending family members bills for him and trying to get funds from the facility. This place is a bunch of scammer vultures and I have already started talking to the state about this.
