I recently visited the San Bernardino, CA location. I waited over 2 hours just to be placed on one of the beds. As I was laying there, waiting to be hooked up, I noticed people that were behind me in line were already hooked up and started on their donation. I asked one of the girls working there why that was the case and she said because they are in her section. Apparently, the section I was in was being ran by someone a bit slower and not very friendly. He noticed that I was a bit annoyed and looked at me and shrugged his shoulders, saying "sorry understaffed".
I was taken back by his response. He finally approached me about 15 minutes later and told me he wasn't having a good day and didn't want to be there. He then proceeded to stick my arm with the needle, very aggressively, causing me pain and then I began to bleed out of the opening he created with the syringe. He then called out to his co-worker to assist him because he realized he had given me a hematoma. She came to assist and then he just disappeared. Apparently, it was his break time. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Matt, and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me to request someone else next time, as implying it was my fault. I was then told to use my other arm, which I stated that the veins were very thin and that it was very hard to donate with that arm. The young lady did not listen, and to her surprise, I was right. Now both arms are bandaged up and I was unable to donate. I then spoke with another supervisor there and she apologized for her co-workers and said she would speak to them. I left there feeling like it was a complete waste of 3 hours of my time and decided to leave a review on YELP. Three days later, I decided to jump on my Bio life Plasma app. To my surprise, I have been permanently "deferred". I am no longer allowed to donate through this company because I had a problem with something and voiced my opinion. This was completely wrong and discriminative.

Desired outcome: I would like to be able to continue my donation service with their other locations. I do like the Rialto location. I would also like some sort of disciplinary action against the employees who had something to do with my deferment.
