After my first 4 donations the companies payment schedule changed drastically. I did receive $100.00 each of the first donations. However after the fourth donation I was told I would only be given $40.00 on the next donation and $60.00 for the donation following that. I was expecting as a new donor that I would be compensated at least $1000.00 and up to 1200.00 for new donors. There were several coupons available through Biolife website that were available. My roommate also referred me to Biolife and I was told she would be receiving $100.00 for her referrals. I’m extremely disappointed and confused about the pay scale.
Claimed loss: I’m feel my claimed loss is between $600.00 and $800.00 Also my roommates compensated of $100.00 should be corrected. Kaylene Varney was only offered $50.00 for the referral which she still has not received.
Desired outcome: For the disputed monetary amounts be addressed and corrected! At this point I haven’t returned for a donation due to my disappointment in the company.
