We have wasted 2.5hours at Golden Miles tower.
No apologies or compensation at all
Make multiple stops doenst matter.
Make the passengers get down at one utama just to WAIT for another bus to continue sending us to Klang Sentral!

Description of the incident:
I had booked bus ticket from onlinebooking.com, bus company - Billion Stars at 12.45am, pick up point at Kitchener Complex.
I was reach the said pick up point about 12.15am, but the complex is closed, no way to enter it, tried to called the bus company but no one answer the call. I was anxious as the time is close, walked around the complex to find the bus and any passenger like me.
A staff from nearby hotel told me, the bus usually stop at 7-eleven, which behind of the complex, i walked there asked few uncle nearby, they said saw a bus gone just 5 min ago, the timing 12.40am. I was surprised and frighten, as the yet of my booked timing. I was not give up and still waited another half an hour at roadside at the midnight myself a lady. At 1.10am, Finally i saw a Billion star bus turn up at opposite the road, i waved my hand, but the bus still continue moving, till i run and chase the bus with my luggage on the road, but the bus gone fast.
I was anxious till almost collapse! I have not idea what should i do then, without any contact person and still make few calls to malaysia and singapore Billion star.
still i have from some time and hoping the bus will turn back, till 1.30am i get into a cab with my tired body and heart. 1.40am i received a call from a ladies, asking me where are am I. I was happy but I had leave the place. Asked from the solution from the ladies, but she shout at me with bad attitude and said i should wait there like other passenger, why other people can make but i missed it! I requested option to refund bus fee or pick me at another location nearby place. she further shout that is impossible and my booking is from onlinebooking.com website, i should request from them.
This is super irresponsible and unreasonable service and arrangement from a bus company.
They should call your passager at the bus timing 12.45AM, not after 1hr delay of bus then search for them.
This is my fist time to take bus at that location, there is no one to guide and a phone number i can reach! i am well prepared and planned few months for today, all ruined by the company lousy arrangement and bad attitude!
I would like to request apologies from the company personally and compensation double of the ticket and my cab fee on the midnight. This is not only amount of compensation but it really make people to frustrated

She greeted me with a loud voice, unfriendly tone, rude, and arrogant attitude!
I politely told her God is looking from above how she treats people.
She was arrogant, even though she told me she believed in karma.
We paid for the bus tickets and the least you could do is to show some due respect to your customers.

I would like to complaint about Star Billion Express bus bound for Singapore. Im now still riding on the bus, 25th November 2018 5pm bus from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) station for Singapore.
Firstly, got to know that the bus is not direct to Singapore, it will stop at Larkin station in Johor. When I was waiting for the bus at the terminal gate. There will be time wasted for that as I wanted a direct bus to Singapore.
Secondly, it came late to TBS to pick up the passangers. Thirdly, the bus condition is poor. Seat looked quite shabby and the aircond is smelly.
Thirdly, the bus suddenly stopped somewhere, leaving us with questionmarked. We waited in the bus without aircond on, sweating. Got down the bus and found out the bus was actually breakdown. Rhe bus driver should at least informed us. We have waited for almost 2 hours to get it fixed. Now we have started back the journey and I hope we can reach Singapore without anymore trouble and in time before midnight as scheduled.

1. Bus didn't reach pick up point on time. 30 mins delayed.
2. Bus driver make multiple stop and each stop more than 15 mins
a. First stop is within 5 mins of bus departed to deliver parcel for around 15 mins
b. Second stop within 15 mins from second stop where the driver and assistant driver went down for Tea (not a toilet break, most of the passenger asleep and none of the passenger went down)
C. Stop at Larkin for more than 15 mins even the passengers left within 2 mins.
d. Stop at petrol station 5 mins away from Larkin for almost 30 mins for unknown reason.
E. Stop longer to pick up additional passenger and I saw the driver and assistant driver collecting money for the additional passenger.
Usually it's a 4 hours trip but this round it took 7 hours to reach Sg custom. I don't even bother to continue to trip to Sg city.
Really a nightmare to ride this bus.
the billion stars bus wvp 6622 air conditioner, malfunctioning causing wetted seat of most of the passenger.
When I board bus at 7.00am on 10th November 2018, I found the floor is wet. When I sat on the seat, it was totally wet. When I voice out to have solution, the side driver mentioned all the seat is like that. I was u satisfy.
1. Why our billion stars express changed to other bus service instead as when I booked on 9th when it showed full. IMPOSSIBLE to combine with other bus service company right? Perhaps I can see the billion stars express bus beside our bus!
2. There is no a "SORRY" or "HARAP MAAF" from any of the worker.
3. It get a Rm38 from passenger and we have 27 of us. Isn't it possible for us to get a better bus as we need to sit for at least 5 hours.
MANAGEMENT, PLEASE PUT YOUR SELF IN OTHERS PEOPLE SHOES. CAN U SIT IN WET CHAIR FOR THAT LONG?

我开始买的时候我在golden mile complex 哪里买票那个untie说10点票有是最后,我说ok我给了$120后来,我在9.30pm走过去确认下bus 号码结果那个年轻的马来女生告诉我(不好意思我们10点的车已经满了,没有位子了,我换一张去tbs然后转战去ipoh给你,可以吗?)我说(不好意思我没有去过tbs,请问有没有直接去ipoh的)后来,他给我了10.30pm的票,我就在黄金大夏那边楼梯等。。。
等到11点我就去问,他说在coming soon

我说做么还没来!那个马来婆说车走了,我说蛤,你没有告诉叻!那个马来人是劲是带一条鱼的金链
他很没有礼貌的告诉我说!我刚告诉你了在这里等!
我说:我刚刚明明就是拿着票和她要车号码,他都在一边和一个马来婆讲话一边给我写号码!也没有告诉我在counter前面楼梯等,什么都没有说!这里那么多start 公司!

we were not picked up to continue the journey
We boarded the bus from KL heading to Singapore on the 29th Oct 2018. Close to the KL border, we were asked to board another bus and no reason was given.
At the Singapore border, when we came after immigration - it took us just under 15 minutes - the bus had already gone. The five of us and two others were stranded at the Singapore immigration.
Finally, we had to pay for another bus heading towards Lavendar (our final destination).
Please make a refund of the money taken as we are of the view that your company has cheated us.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on October 27, 2018. I was take a ride of Billion Star Express from Penang to Ipoh at 8.15pm...
Got to told that I have to stopover at SG.Nibong for taking another bus. Fine, I'm ok with that. But too bad is, I'm keep on waiting and waiting until 10pm which is delayed for 2hrs (original bus ticket was 8.15). Is a really really bad experience I encountered with. I trust your company that your reputation is good enough but your company never promised to us for departure on time. I would share out to others that I have a such experienced.
Hope your company could take up a follow up and revert back to my complaint above.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on October 19, 2018. I was take a ride of Billion Star Express from Penang to Kuala Lumpur Sentral (KL Sentral).
While the bus should be take off at 12.30pm from the station. But they don't have on time start the journey to KL and delay until 01.30am just start the bus. The reason why they delay is the bus still no full so can't start it on time.
Finally the bus have start on 01.30am and is just a short way reach to the Penang Toll the bus suddenly broken down. And the driver very rude shout on the passengers say that all the passengers in the bus out from the bus. Hence, people ask when can we start our journey again. The driver say they will arrange a bus from Penang come to replace for us. After that all of us at the highway wait for them nearly 1 hours 45 mins to fix out the bus problem.
Although they finish fix the broke down bus and ask for us to go in again the bus continue for the journey to KL. No more than 10mins they stop at the nearby toll station and said by the driver all of the passengers you all can go down from the bus for toilet. Mean while all the bus passengers just go for 1 time of toilet on the whole journey from Penang to KL. By the way, the driver after KL toll station both of them go to toilet themselves and leave us passengers on the bus no give any notice to us that both of the driver go to toilet. Then I go talk with the bus driver few of us need to go for the toilet. And the driver so rudely that answer me you can't go to toilet.
Once they have reach in a destination of KL they using not polite sound to shout on the old citizens tell them the destination of them have reach go down from the bus. I told them you can't spoke so rude to the old citizens because we are customer who pay you. Some more I requested the driver to let us go toilet and you told me that No u can't go. But the driver go themselves toilet no care about the passengers if they need it as necessary. As well our journey suppose be 5hours can reach our destination but now it take 7 half hours reach KL Sentral. I'm so annoyed that I wasted 1 hours 45mins on the highway and just go for 1 times wash room.
My impression of Billion Star Express has been tarnished and I'm now concerned about my experience to your company. I look forward to hearing from you.

not sending us to destination
My ticket id is [protected]. From OneUtama to Singapore Golden Mile. The bus plate number is AHD6855. The bus suppose to drop us at Sg but when pass through Jb custom, he u turn and drop us back to Jb custom saying he cant get through Sg custom. Want us to take the bus back outself. I want a full rrfund for this terrible experience and I will follow up to any authority until I get my answer.

First, i really do not know the exact scheduled for this bus. My ticket (purchased from TBS Counter) shows 2.00am (9-Oct-18). There's a passenger claimed that this bus should arrived 1.00am and some said 1.30am. There was a situation between few passengers having a ticket with same seat numbers. Around 10mnts after 2am, the bus started to leave TBS heading to Butterworth, Penang. The driver made a first stop at Shell Station near Sg. Besi Toll Plaza. Not very sure his intention because we continue our journey after few minutes. Then second stop somewhere around Sg. Buloh/Rawang and third one at Ladang Bikam Northbound (time: around 3.16am-3.30am). My understanding it is a normal 15-30mnts break. I saw a group of passenger (4-6) starts to talk about the bus condition, and bus driver went to his bed (maybe just a nap).
After around half pass 4pm or more, the passengers start to feel the tense. The driver still enjoyed his nap. One of the passenger told us, actually we are waiting for the technician /apartment by the driver. Few passengers including me start to worried for the time of arrival because we have to be at our workplace at 8.00am & 8.30am. One passenger try to wake the driver up and request for explanation. He awake roughly between 5.13-5.20am, make a call to get solution on the bus condition. In the mean time, passengers urge the driver to make a move immediately in order to reach the terminal the earliest he can. By that time only the driver inform that the bus actually is not in good condition. After that he still make few stops before reach last destination 8.20am, almost 2 hours delay compare to my normal trip previously.

I'm a frequent traveller of billionstar express and I travel kl-pg almost every week. I'm hereby to report a complaint for my journey with billionstar express on 7th October 2018, the bus I took was 5pm sungai nibong Penang to One Utama Selangor. The driver stop at the hentian for 30 minutes, I wasn't feeling well and it was raining so I had some biscuit in the bus while waiting. Suddenly there's an Indian guy walk pass and he shouted at me very loud saying not to have food in the bus and ask me to get down from the bus, my friend and I was just keep quiet because we were both in shock holding biscuit in hand. When the guy reach at the back of the bus he shouted even louder again, he said ‘saya cakap bahasa melayu kau xpaham ke? Sy suruh u KELUAR! Kau jangan main2 dgn kita orang, nanti kena pukul otak baru u tau! Faham?! Sy cakap..KELUAR!' He came in front of us again and he raised his hand showing the gesture that he can hit us. Those passenger who stay in the bus listened and saw.
Is that how the driver treated their passenger? If we can't be having food in the bus, he can always say it nicely. I hope billionstar express look into this seriously, i hope I can get apologies from the Indian guy who threathen us yesterday, or else I will not taking billionstar express anymore. Thanks.

Bus was suppose to depart at 11pm but was told that the bus stuck at checkpoint so will be 30 mins late. End up bus came at 1230am. Everything went smooth until we reached YongPeng rest station. Bus stopped at YongPeng for almost 1 hour. Have no idea what are they doing?! Need to use 1 hour for arranging pax to different destinations?Bus stopped again at Jasin for 15 mins.Finally reached Seremban Terminal 1 at 0630am.Plus driver smoke while driving! It's really disappointed!Thanks for this ‘keep waiting' 6-hours bus trip! This is my first and last time taking Billion stars express .YOU'RE BANNED.

Selasa 11 september, Bas kami bertolak pukul 3.15 ptg dari tbs ke pasir gudang. Tetapi hanya 4 org sahaja yg ada ketika itu dan memberi alasan jalan sesak sampai 4.35 bas sampai. Tapi bukan bas kami kerana bas dah hampir penuh dan duduk bebas.. Adakah kerana org sikit kamu taknak amik kami? Sampai bas full baru gerak? Lepas tu berhenti dekat seremban sampai 6 lebih baru jalan balik, kemudian disuruhnya tukar bas katanta pasir gudang tukar bas lain dan yg nk ke larkin stay... Tetapi bila dah sampai bas ini berhenti di larkin dahulu... Ini last saya naik bas nama billion star

My bus was at 3.15pm and only have 4 passenger. Then people that in charge our bus said my bus is delayed because of traffic jammed. Dude he is obviously lying theres no traffic jammed! then combine our trip to 4.00pm trip because we only have 4 passengers!? stop at seremban and transfer people who heading to pasir gudang to other bus? they said they want to separate who heading to pasir gudang and larkin. Then this [censored]ing bus still stop at larkin as first destination. I should arrive pasir gudang on 7.00 pm. Now already 10pm we are still not [censored]ing arrived because your service was sucks!

express bus tbs-larkin-pasir gudang 2.45 pm 7/9/18 indian driver
Bus departure delayed by almost 2 hours! To make things worse, after dropping off passengers in Larkin, bus stopped at Petron Datin Halimah to refuel. Then, bus was parked wihout any notice to the passengers. After approx. 50 mins, someone went to look for the driver who was sitting outside and he told her that the bus had ‘problems' with its brakes and we will have to change to a different bus which is in its way. We were there for an hour! After an hour, not changing bus or anything, driver resumed the journey while the bus seems fine. Hope action will be taken for these ignorant drivers who are just tarnishing the company image. For me, it will be my last time travelling with Billion Star Express.

Wednesday evening, August 29th, 10:00 Pm we booked a bus to Kuala Lumpur. At 05:00 am (august 30th) my travel buddy and I were wondering why we didn't here anything from the driver about arriving in Kuala Lumpur. After we checked Google maps we saw that we already passed Kuala Lumpur. I thought that couldn't be real because I was convinced about the fact that the busdriver would have warned about arriving in Kuala Lumpur, I decided to go and ask him. When I asked him what the next stop would be, he said Ipoh. That meant that we díd pass Kuala Lumpur. When I asked him why he didn't warn us, he didn't answer me and just looked at his phone. It was so unprofessional and rude. Because we didn't know what to do, we decided to leave the bus in Ipoh. Thanks to the driver we missed our (already booked!) bus to Jerantut and we had to cancel our hostel (which was also already booked and paid). The cost we made in total comes down to RM 205. I am very dissatisfied about the course of event and the rude and unfriendly behaviour of the bus driver.
My coach code was 27_SLR_BRT. I really hope there will be consequences for the unprofessional behaviour of the driver.
