the bus driver didn’t wait for us after the singapore customs
Dear Madam, Sir,
We took a bus with Billion Star Express from Kuala Lumpur (TBS) to Singapore Beach Road on the 21st of August 2018.
At the Singapore customs, the bus driver told us he would wait only 10 minutes maximum for us and leave after. We thought he was not serious! Customs took time (there is queue of course ) and when we went outside, he had left, leaving behind maybe half of the bus passengers. So we were with no information at the Singaporean border and far from our point of arrival. And we didn't have any Singaporean money !
We had to pay for 2 other bus to arrive to the city centre of Singapore and much later, it was not planned.
We think it's totally unacceptable to have such a behaviour and bad customer service. You don't leave people behind at a custom when they have paid for their ticket and when they didn't receive any information on how to reach their destination !

i am 1 of the passenger on this bus..the trip was supposed to depart at 7.00 am..but they move at 7.40..but before that i would like to share about your ticket guy attitude that so rude..bus number PJJ 8875 the aircond on seat 2C was leaking makes the cushion wet..so the passenger complaint to the ticket guy..but he said the only option is to change to other bus (8.30 am)..they started to fight and yell to each other outside of the bus.."salah sy ke kalau aircond tu bocor?!" hello, you were supposed to check the bus condition before selling the seat..in the other hand, the driver just leaving the guy behind and i dont know what happen to him..while in the bus, he stop at shell station and call someone at the back..he yelled and call her bodoh!.. this is unacceptable, both of the bus driver and the ticker guy are malay, i am also a malay..but this cannot be tolerated..we pay our bus ticket so we have the right to have our comfort seat for a long journey..

Semalam (6 julai 2018). Semasa saya memandu dalam perjalanan dari ipoh ke klang, bas express Billion Stars no plat DBT 2255 telah memandu secara bahaya. Kenderaan tersebut telah menghimpit saya yang berada di lorong kanan semata-mata untuk memotong kenderaan lain di hadapannya. Persoalan saya " KENAPA PEMANDU BAS TERSEBUT TIDAK BOLEH BERSABAR UNTUK SAYA BERADA DI HADAPAN SEDIKIT SEBELUM BELIAU MASUK KE LORONG YANG SAYA SEDANG LALUI? Seriously you allow driver smoke inside your aircon bus!its suffocating! Bus ahj6633 1am june 30 2018. Unsatified customer here. Will never take same bus company again! It is very unhealthy for your customers as aircon bus will rotate the air inside the bus and we keep breathing smoled air over and over. Are you trying to kill your customers!seriously this is very sick!

on 30.6.2018 12.30am, I took the bus. My seat number was 2A single seat. When I came to seat 2A, there was a Malay girl there. Then the person in charge (fat Chinese guy) asked me to sit double seat which is same row with 2A. I accepted his offer as he said nobody sit here, he will arrange a girl to sit beside me later. However, a man came and sitting beside me. I let the Chinese person in charge know and he asked the guy to move to behind. But, the way he talked to me was very rude. He shouted: you thought this bus was yours?

The worst experience ever with your unprofessionall buss service.. I bought a buss ‘ticket on 21th July 2018 for 7am buss At sungai nibung Penang .. the buss arrived 7.20am bus but the driver went missing until 8am.. everyone was waiting outside without any clue.. I got really pisstoff, I went straight to the ticket counter and informed the situation and even they not bother seems everyone paid for the ticket .. Finally the driver came 8am and yet haven’t start our journey until 8.20am.. I promised myself not to use their buss service anymore.. the driver smoking inside air condition buss.. I know this owners of this will never read all our comments.. this is the real incident happening in sungai nibong buss terminal.. I hope someone will take action with this irresponsible driver..

this is about our trip from malaka to singapore.
the driver is really really rude! he shouted and yelled to passangers even the things he wants to say can be said politely, he even hit my sister just because of misunderstanding (my sister said bad word but not to him, but he thought that she said it to him).
after he hit my sister he said so many bad things about my country, and thrill us and said bad things about my country. he said he wants to make report because my sister said bad word, after making report he continue to shout and yell to us.
he act like we all owe him lots of money from the beginning ( because when we ask if we are in the right bus he just grunted)
and i m not sure this is his first time to being rude to passangers

The Indian man working at the counter today 24/7/2018 at 3.30pm. I was the the counter to purchase a ticket to Ipoh with my cousin sister. That man verbally assaulted me and my cousin sexually with two other Indian man that was there to buy tickets as well.
He entertained the both man talking about me and my cousin sister and comparing who would they "TAKE".
I never felt so violated in my life. The audacity he as to actually entertain them and look at us into our eyes and smile..

The ticket I purchased is on 11.30pm, but I have wait for more thanr 1 hour in the bus station without any agent telling me what is going on. Bought 10am bus ticket to sungai nibong, but bus depart at 11am, & it’s not using their own bus, is combine with other company, so the seat that I choose is useless!
b4 I choose it I had triple confirm with the staff is it 4hours can reach, coz I need to reach there b4 3pm, the staff said maybe around 4hour30min, after calculate, it will reach around 2:30pm, & the staff said that’s a direct bus, no worry bout late.
At last! Join other bus, & keep stop at the R&R, & stop at some station to let passengers leave bus,

I brought a ticket from kuantan to butterworth at 9:00 a. M and it's been delay for two hours or more. I and some others customers have been stuck in the bus 6 hours already at tbs between duta station since 9:00 a. M until now, yet I have to reach butterworth around 6 pm to meet my customer for meeting. Never ever take the bus from this company again because the reputation of this bus company are very bad after I find out from their web page, never believe in them about the time they have told u because they always lies about the time and they will never send u to your destination on time. Bad! Bad! Bad!

I bought a bus ticket from Penang to KL at 7:30am but until 8:35am, the bus has not left the station. There is no clear explanation about when the bus is coming and until I called customer complaint line then they started to ask the driver to move. Even the woman on the call working at the customer complaint service was rude and couldn't be bothered. The worst bus I have ever sat on. The staff and management does not care about their customers. This has happened many times. I will never sit on this bus again and I highly DO NOT recommend anyone else to buy this.

I bought 14 tickets of Billions star express bus on 10th morning 6:30am departure. we were good at the beginning, but the problem occurred when we transfer to Singapore. some of my group got problem during Immigration checking point. we took about 1hour to get out of immigration center (Woodlands checkpoint)
we were so tired waiting those police made problem with us even we were correct.
after an hour we finally came down to take bus.
and we found out the bus left us. just gone didn't tell us anything even we bought the ticket for us to reach the downtown of Singapore!
I am so angry with this company and I want refunds. we had to spend even more money to get hotel than the bus ticket. so dissapointed with this bus
billion bed bugs
On a ride from KL One Utama to Singapore on the 6/5/18, I suffered 126 bed bug bites on my arms legs and back. They may scar as the bugs are extremely poisonous.
The ride itself departed at 10.40pm and arrived in Singapore the next morning at 7am. As I was asleep much of the ride, I had no idea what took them so long. There wasn't much of a jam on the causeway so they must have gone on a tour of south malaysia en route to Singapore.

I bought a ticket from larkin bus station. As im going to depart from Jhb larkin to TBS at 1500. I ask the staff, he said bus is not stopping to anywhere straight away to TBS, dont worry faster faster, He said. After I board the bus at 1515, one of the passenger sitting beside me is going to Seremban.
conclusion, please tell the truth next time and ofcourse the bus did not depart on time. The bus depart on 1531

Jadual perjalanan saya adalah pada 8/4/18 jam 7.45am dari Penang ke Kuala Lumpur pickup saya di Komtar, Penang. Tetapi bila saya pergi ke kaunter bus express yang terletak di 33-G-14 Prangin Mall untuk cetak tiket asal, saya dimaklumkan oleh kerani yang berkenaan bahawa tiket pada tarikh, masa dan tempat saya naik bas, tidak [protected]@ ada di Komtar Penang.Saya perlu datang awal ke Komtar iaitu seawal jam 6.30am supaya mini van company hantar saya ke Stesen Bas Sungai Nibong agar saya meneruskan perjalanan saya pada jam 8.30am.Tidak ada jadual bas dari Billion Stars yang bertolak sama ada jam 7am, 7.45am @ 8am.Saya akan membawa perkara ini ke perhatian pihak KPDNKK dan SPAD

This bus should be named billion bed bugs instead! Such a horrible experience during good friday. The traffic jam due to heavy car load from sg to malaysia was acceptable but their bus was overheating almost every hour so we needed to take short stops on the side of the road. Our whole trip took almost 12 hrs and they dropped us at klia instead of berjaya times square without informing us. When we showed the driver our tickets that indicated bts, he just said "no! No! This is the last stop!". He even got a nerve to raise his voice! This driver also smoked his cigarettes while driving, one or two should be ok, but he smoked almost every 30 mins for god sake! I inhaled all his smoke since I was sitting behind him plus I had scary bed bug bites on my legs and arms!
horrible service - singapore to malacca
This is a very horrible and unprofessional bus/coach company.
Me and my wife booked for a coach service from singapore (kitchener complex) to malacca (dataran pahlawan megamall), 30 mar 2018 7:45 am departure.
- the bus drivers there said they will go to melaka sentral and not to the dataran pahlawan.
- the boarding process was so unorganized that we did not get our booked/assigned seats.
- the bus departed late. There were some people who did not even get to board and was left there at the pickup point.
- the bus left us and all other passengers at the johor checkpoint. Aside from our bus, another bus bound to malacca (also under billion stars express) left their passengers there.
- some passengers tried to call the company's singapore and malaysia numbers but the numbers were either invalid, or no answer.
- some have reported it to the helpdesk at the jb checkpoint and was told that there's a billion stars express counter at the larkin bus terminal.
- we went to the billion stars express counter at larkin, hoping to get help, but we were told that they cannot do anything about it and that they are not connected to the billion stars express that's supposed to bring us from singapore to malacca.
- we were left with no other choice but to hire private cars/transport to bring us from larkin to malacca.
One whole day was wasted, we arrived at the hotel at 12:45am 31 mar 2018.
Avoid this bus/coach service at all cost!
poor resource management & poor monitoring of bus driver
I think Billion Stars has a very poor resource management and poor policy in monitoring its own bus driver. I will give the context of the journey.
The bus is supposed to depart at 7pm to Singapore but was not just late but was very late. Eventually, the bus driver arrived at around 8.30pm to pick up the passengers. However, the bus driver did not appear to know that he has another trip to pick up these passengers to Singapore. Some passengers spoke to the bus driver and he mentioned that he was very tired to drive again towards Singapore as he has just came from Singapore and it was a very congested journey. Due to safety reasons, he has stopped at Sri Kembangan to pick up a friend to accompany him the whole journey. The speed at which he was driving was very very slow. The bus departed at around 9.30pm but we only reach at Melaka around 11.30pm. The road was very clear and it is definitely not due to congestion.
At the Melaka stop, I think the bus driver is at fault here as he did not really care about the passenger and has chosen to have his supper. The whole bus was waiting for him until around 12am only we depart from Melaka. Again, the speed at which he drove was extremely slow and the road is definitely clear. We only reach Johor checkpoint at approximately 3.45am. Some passengers are supposed to be dropped off at Woodlands checkpoint. Instead, we were at Tuas link. Again, the bus driver went missing and the whole bus has to wait for him even though there was not much people at the checkpoint. We then depart Johor check point at around 4am. The best part is because now it is quite early in the morning, we then got caught in the jam with other people that are entering into Singapore for work. By the time we reach and clear Singapore checkpoint, it was already 5am. The bus driver ignored all drop off points. My drop off point was supposed to be at Kitchener Complex. Instead, we were all being dropped off at Golden Mile Complex.
The whole journey was extremely tiring for all the passengers and it was a Monday morning that we reach. Most of us have to go to work on the same day. I really hope Billion Stars consider this very seriously and take note on its own resource management to ensure that they do not send a bus driver that is so tired to drive a bus seater of 44 in any journey. Also, there should be an internal policy to make sure that the bus driver is also responsible and to prevent the bus driver to take his own sweet time and have everybody wasted their time and spent 10 hours in the bus.
