January 18, 2020 I fell stumbled on a turned up corner of the floor mat that was on the wall to wall carpet. This threw me off balance and I put my hands out to catch my self of the what I thought was the window, it is a collapsing door. I fell half on the sidewalk and half on the inside carpet. I received a head contusion along with a black eye, and out of adjustment glasses.
My husband and I filled out a complaint with the store manager. He promised to call me. I called him about a week later. again he promised to call me and tell me what his boss had told him.
July 15, 2020 I sent a letter and all the paper work requested, of the incident to Big Lots 4900 E Dublin RD, Columbus Ohio. It was received by Chris Smith on August 20, 2020. October 21, 2020 I received a form letter telling me to send the requested paper work and talk to the store manager.

WOW IN January 2020 I was walking out of the sore and tripped and fell on a rug they had on the floor in the Entrance of the store. substained A FRW Injury. I had a lawyer I thought that had my best interest at heart. well they did not. so I fired them. and I have been trying month, s to conta been conect some I have been leaving message, s and to no Avail. It Has been over a year and I still have not been contacted by in one integurd, s to matter. I am piss that big lots dont give a [censored] about their customer, s. TIME FOR CLASS ACTION SUIT... IM REDARY WHO ELSE IS REDAY?
