Big Lots review: Employees disrespectful and vulgar ( 1 comment)

I have been shopping at Big lots for years and never had an issue that they we not willing to resolve. My husbands company spends thousands a year there because their service was amazing. I shopped two times earlier this week I don't appreciate the heavy blond in Chillicothe cussing to another worker earlier this week in front of my 4 yr old son. These are words he has not heard before. My husband said we are not to go back. I hate this because the furniture thats purchased is to help out others. Upon speaking to a friend, she too was unhappy with something. Her nephew was called stupid by a girl over him so he quit. I don't understand how this could be tolerated.
