BestAirFares.com review: Scam

On 1/09/2025 I purchased a round trip to Bangkok from Manchester flying out on 16/02/2026 @£1135 The schedule was great,booked a connecting flight to Udon Thani,our booking was confirmed on Etihad site do no worries.I thought.
2 weeks prior to flying i checked the Etihad app.We were no longer booked.
No notification of this.No answer on phone.No email response.I made contact that evening through calling a ticket purchase line.I posed the ? and some Indian guy said if i wanted to go then i must rebook.The only available flight was next day with a poor schedule.16 hour layover in Zayed airport.Hotel required at Bangkok too due to the late landing times.Rearranging flight and hotel bookings in Thailand.The new flights were a wopping £2088.58 I asked for the original payment to go toward the second booking,he refused saying a refund was already initiated.This was later confirmed in an email along with ticket confirmation.7-10 working days.
Since then i have travelled i can not get through on the phone,so tried wattsapp the same false promises and lies.Now blocked.Over six weeks now and no refund.
I have incurred extra hotel and travel expenses endured a poor travel itenary endless conversations with my bank causing me further cost and stress.
The company BestairfareUK of Ilford should be prosecuted for operating in this manner.They cancelled my booking without notification and double the price for a less favourable itenary.
Etihad confirmed that the original flights operated as normal and the withdrawal of our names from passenger lists was instigated by BestairfareUK
Totally unscrupulous scam.
