Bestairfares.com review: Bestairfares.com is a scam - please stay away - scam

I booked two tickets through BestAirFares.com, but the confirmation came from CheapFlight, not BestAirFares.
I was told I'd receive airline reservations within 24 hours, but after 48 hours, they said it would take over two weeks. Bad communication, I was hung up on three times when trying to follow up. Also please don't give them the confirmation when they sent it to your phone and do not click on the link when they asked you to upload your ID. They used these information to open other credit places in your name. They used my phone number, birthdate, and email to open an Affirm account without my consent found out days later and reported them to Affirm account and dispute my charge since they never reimbursed my tickets purchased
