Same issue here. Paid 95 cents for one doc and they will not refund the billing and billed a day early so you cannot cancel but it does not even say subscription it says 95 cents for 7 days
i just checked their sit and i found this on their basic plan there is a * and that states the following "* Following these 48 hours and without a cancellation on your part, your basic membership will become a membership without commitment for an unlimited period of time billed at 39.90$ per month."
now they may have added this later but was there an * on your ad OP and Kristie?
