best-pdf.com review: Unauthorized subscription charges

I wanted to connect two pdf's, Google said Bestpdf had a free service which I used but then they wanted payment of 65 cents which I paid using Paypal.

A month later I was charged around $AU,65 for a monthly subscription which I never authorised. I contacted Best pdf who said the subscription had been cancelled but refused to give a refund saying it had been correctly processed. Paypal said they no option to cancel it as the "process" was correct.

Still exchanging emails to no avail.
