This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. They use sneaky tactics to get new customers. Their salespeople call pretending to be from "merchant services" and say that you're being charged non-compliance fees for PCI. They make it seem like they're calling from a company that helps you save money on your bills. I only found out the truth when I got another call from them months later. This is a scam and they're being deceptive. Someone needs to sue them in a class action lawsuit.

I've been getting charged by my bank for a credit card service that I canceled back in July . It's been 19 months of charges and I'm not happy about it. I sent back the credit card machines like they told me to, but I still got charged. I found out that North American Bank was doing the charging and now I know that PayProTec is part of that company. I've been calling customer service and getting the runaround. I called a bunch of times on Feb 27, 2020 and I still haven't gotten my $700 back. They need to reimburse me for the money they wrongly billed me.

I got a call from someone named *** on 8/6/2022. She said she worked for our credit card company and we were overcharged for a month because of compliance forms. Then, a guy named *** called and said he worked for the same company. He said the call was recorded and we could get a refund for the overcharges. He also said our terminal was outdated and not compliant with pci, which is why we were overcharged. I thought we were dealing with our credit card company, so I tried to become pci compliant. But it was all a lie, and now they're threatening us with a $1000 termination fee that wasn't in the contract. I just want to return the terminal and close the account without a fee. This company uses shady tactics.
