The above item was bought new from your warehouse sales on 27 Aug 2023 at 6:23pm. When brought home the item could not be charged even after trying with different power points and sockets. I had called 6733 4901 and left my phone no. 9875 3183 as the officer had promised to find the person in charge & call me back. Please advise.

Best Denki Earphone LG Tone T60 Q

I had purchase a earphone and was not allowed for a refund within 24hours. The product I bought was not up to expectation and the sales person rejected my request that becaused I had opened the box. The most disappointing of all was I realised that I could get it even cheaper at the e market place with a refund policy. Retail store like Best denki need to review their exchange policy to be more competitive or they will be out of the competition.

Best Denki Best denki sales order: 3354395 : poor delivery service

Dear Sir

I am writing to complain on a delivery service mentioned above Sales Order : 3354395

I had purchased a Kitchen extraction hood, a stove and a fridge thru Best Denki on 25 June 2023. Delivery stated in the Sales Order is between 11am to 2pm on 1 July 2023 Saturday. And in the Sales Order, it mentioned that “Pls call Cust 1 HR B4 DEL”.

We starting waiting at home for the delivery from 10.45am this sat morning and till 1.48pm, there is NO phone call from the delivery personnel or whichever person in charge. Therefore, I made a call to 6270 8080, only recorded guided message providing another number 8787 3053 which is a whatsapp where I feedbacked about no show and no contact from Delivery service.

Without any reply from this whatsapp, I called up the installer handphone number Alvin 9765 0538 for assistance to check if he was informed of any installation work for the hood and hob between 11am to 2pm. Apparently, he was not informed at all and stated that his installation work only start between 3pm to 5pm. This is shocking!

Without any conclusion from the contact given in the sales order, I proceed to call up Best Denki at 6276 6636 for help and Best Denki staff said that they had tried calling the delivery service but there is no one picking up the call. I called again at 3.30pm to Best Denki and the same reply goes…

I was thinking … do I need to wait further or can I just proceed to get the grocery to prepare for dinner?

At 2:51pm, finally the delivery man called and informed that they will reach around 3.30pm. The question is why didn’t the delivery guy called as stated in the sales order “ call customer 1 HR B4 delivery?”. Which mean he should call me between 11 pm to 1 pm. But just leave customer waiting aimlessly? I truly find that this is not the correct way of tracking schedule.

Now coming to the installer, there is no one coordinating the installer for this sales order. Being the customer, I had to inform the installer when the delivery will reach my house and it seem to be my duty to inform the installer then. I truly find that this is not my jurisdiction to follow up and link these 2 parties together.

The delivery of 2 men arrived around 3.30pm with the good delivered. Question is why they cant make a simple phone call to inform customer that they will be late? I really need an answer for that.

I had to call up the installer then and the installer reach around 4pm. The installation took a hour and complete at 5pm.

This is a stretch of waiting from 10.45am to 5pm. Is this the expectation from Best Denki in the management viewpoint, committing 11am to 2pm but ending at 5pm? I had missed preparing dinner and got to inform my guest not to come over. As it is not enough time to dish out then. With the delivery suppose to be 11 am to 2pm, but end up at 5pm!

Desired outcome: Appreciate a response why delivery didn't call up? Why Delivery only call up at 2:51pm and that is so late? Why is installer not inform by Best Denki? who responsibility to coordinate between delivery and installer.

Best Denki Lodging a formal complaint against your staff mr jeff quek at best denki ngee ann city podium

We bought a QLED Samsung TV from this sales person and paid SGD2799 on 5 March 2023 and was promised a free He-Q600B Soundbar which was to be delivered 2 weeks after the TV was delivered. Till today, 24 April 2023, we have not received the Soundbar. We called Samsung hotline throughout the month for over the period when we had received our TV till now, but we’re told that the Soundbar was not available. We called Mr Quek and he said that he had submitted the redemption to Samsung and that Samsung would escalate the matter. I called him on 24/5/23 but he just shunned off his responsibility and said he had done his part as he had sent a text to my husband, assuring him that Samsung would deliver a few weeks ago. However, we still did not receive the Soundbar.

I am not only upset but very disappointed that there was no follow up action on Mr Quek’s part with Samsung since he was the one who had promised the Soundbar. He is unprofessional, and definitely not fit to be in the customer service industry. He is depriving another person of that job who is way more suitable. The reason why SG will never progress in terms of customer service because we have black sheep that go undetected. Mr Quek just wanted to make the sales, take his commission and shuns his responsibilities. He is a disgrace to the company and ought to be ashamed of himself.

Best Denki I cannot return a product that in low quality and not good as per the product’s description

I purchased a hair dryer from Best Denki - Vivo City store 2 days ago however the product not match my expectation. Would like to return it and re-purchase a better one perhaps.

However the policy not allow for refundable or product exchange.

Hopefully Best Denki can change the policy and allow customer to return within a given period.

Note: I tried the product in the store and i felt it is okay and hence I made the purchase. But then it gave low quality outcome when I used the product at home.

Best Denki Air-Con service

I purchased my Air-cons system 3 from Best denki at the year of 2019.Currently my Air-cons are still under Safety 5 years warranty. I have a bad experience of Best denki customer service. These are a few points I need to complain

1)The Sales personnels are not professional enough to know what kind of things or

package are included in 5 year warranty period.

2) They are not knowledgeable enough to know whether or not after the Air-Con Test will it affect the Air-Con unit system or not like Example :Ask sale personnel how come after testing, Air-Con not cold but the reply from her is it doesn't affect the Air-con system but the technician said it will.

3)All staff from best denki which I have encounter are not being helpful at all despite my units still having 5 years warranty Despite I don't have Air -con for 3 days due to component not in yet. Ask them for help, at least give me something which can solve my 3 days no Air-Con issue, but staff keep pushing me here and there like a ball.

Overall experience as a customer in best denki is not pleasant one, despite I am being passionate and understanding to the staff working there but no one is passionate enough to help me to settle my issue expect to keep on pushing me to pay to settle the gas issue. I hope Best Denki can do something for your customer recovery, This is a very bad experience for me.

Best Denki Daikin I smile Eco Sys 3 aircons

I recently purchased a Daikin I Smile Eco Sys 3 air con from IMM Best. The aircon man went to my flat for a site view to see how to lay the trunking.

After assessing, the aircon man said the estimated trunking for the Sys 3 aircon will be 125 feets or more, so i have to pay additional $400 to $500 extra based on estimation.

We are shocked to hear that we need to pay an additional of $400 to $500 more hidden cost for the installation of the aircon after just paying $3.2k for the Daikin aircon from Best. This is the first time we heard aircon need pay additional by so much for the installation after paying for the aircons.

Before we bought the aircon, most of the Best staffs will say that the 75 feets provided will be enough for Hdb flat and we even show them our floor plan. We didnt expect there is an installation hidden cost and the amount can go up to four five of hundreds. As a consumer, we really felt cheated from all the hidden cost from the customer. In my life of changing aircons, we never have to pay any extra amount after buying the aircon. Is this the norm now?

Best Denki Service in product complaint

I purchased a multi connector (lan cable, hdmi and usb) with usb-c at the other end. The hdmi port can't be used to connect to my external monitor with my laptop. I came back to show the issue using my laptop. The Best Denki staff first tried in a laptop and experience a similar issue. He totally ignored to use my laptop to try. Then used a tablet and it worked. The staff looked at me and said that it worked. I asked why it can't work with laptop. He said that it was depended on the equipment. Then I mentioned it is not served my purpose to buy this connector, as it can't be used by laptop. Then he asked me whether I asked about this when I bought it. I could not understand why such a question need to be asked. The fact is that the connector doesn't fit the purpose I bought this connector. The way it was asked was not a proper way with a sour face. We then have an exchange of arguments. He mentioned that I was too low to talk to him as I did mention that the service was sucked. The worst was he took my picture for the bad intention purpose.

I believe there is a protocol to handle feedback from customer. I was still actually looking for a connector which can work with my laptop as the brand has no docking station for this model. The connector need to be able to connect a LAN cable, usb c and hdmi.

It was happened on 3rd Sep 2021 at Best Denki Funan at noon time.

Best Denki Horrible customer service!!

Bought aircon units fm Funan outlet. We want Mitsubishi AC & staff keep selling heavy duty Mitsubishi to us. To us, we don't know e difference between e usual heavy duty & normal ac units. Paid and found out heavy duty always hv fan coil breakdown. Went down again and changed to Daikin. Waited for 1 mth for tech staffs to install. Tech said my wardrobes hv to be dismantled since e old pipes are inside. I said there must be other options and e Myanmar staff who is poor in English said cannot do. So we went down to cancel e purchase, staff still want to push selling just e AC units to us without installation. Poor knowledge of pricing and products. Bad customer service.

First and last time with Best Denki!

Best Denki Poor customer service

I experienced one of the worst sale services of all the electronic stores in Singapore. I was at Best Denki IMM yesterday shopping for a hob. No salespersons were in sight but I could see staff gathering in clusters in other corners chitchatting away. When one finally approached me, he was rude with a condescending tone (his name is HAN). I'm amazed he was more interested to argue with me over the alleged inaccuracy of the measurement of my home hob rather than to use his sales skills to recommend products that can possibly meet my needs. Poor EQ and IQ but rich in hostility. Sure winning formula to drive customers away. I walked off and took my business to your rival Meyer at the same building. Though it was a small store and manned only by a single saleslady, she was able to handle several customers simultaneously with great professionalism, excellent attitude and product knowledge. In the end, I purchased a hob and a hood at a great price with a gift thrown in. Sometimes the best sales experience come from the small players. Not going back BEST Denki!

Best Denki Bad service best denki waterway point

I want to feedback, Bad service experienced today 22nd January 3:30pm at waterway point, washing machine section sales person female in 50s was rude and pushy insisted us on buying the brand we do not want, we said to consider she shouted behind our back and told all their sales staff that we didnt buy in bad words, lead to another male staff from fan section being rude to us saying all their fans made in china, if we dont know, dont buy.
please train your staff and employ better mannered sales to sell your electronics, very terrible experience today with 2 staffs at punggol waterway best denki branch, we sincerely wanted to buy washing machine and fan but couldnt because your rude staffs just want to sell what they promote the worse brands and refuse to sell us the one we wanted, Rude customer service and very bad attitudes.

Best Denki Poor customer services and after sales support & warranty support

This is the worst customer service that I had experienced with Best Denki at One Utama. I bought a Panasonic Steam Oven in 2015 and also purchased extended warranty for 5 years with Best Denki. I was promised the sky and the greatness with their extended warranty.
I encountered problem using the Panasonic Steam Oven on 9 June 2018. When using any steam functions it keeps asking me to add water even though it is fully filled. Suspect faulty to inverter, magnetron or logic program. Sent the unit to Best Denki at One Utama on 10 June 2018 (Customer Service Number: 41752). Promised by one Mr Alian Cheng (Branch Manager?) to get it repaired and revert soonest as Panasonic Service Centre is just nearby in Section 13, Petaling Jaya. Asked but we are not allowed to send the unit on own self as it is under extended warranty with Best Denki. After one, two and three weeks I repeatedly called and called (at least making 10 calls each time) but no one seems to answer the calls. If lucky some one will answer but he/she will said he/she does not have the answer for me as it is with the maintenance and service department with Best Denki.
Questions:
1. How come no one seems to know what is happening in Best Denki at One Utama?
2. If Best Denki is not able to provide extended warranty coverage than why ask customer to purchase them?
3. There is totally no customer service rendered to their customers! Promised to get their service department to return calls but never call back customer to update on status or progress on repair. What more talking to delight customer services? Totally no phone etiquette when answering the phone calls. Don't ever make promises if you can't keep or deliver it.
4. Why it needs so long to get a warranty-covered unit to be serviced or repaired by internal or even from a nearby Panasonic Service Centre? Can anyone tell us what has gone wrong here?

While running errands at One Utama on 16 August 2018 my wife made inquiry on the status of our steam oven at Best Denki's service counter. One staff informed her the unit was still with Panasonic Service Centre for repair as they have obtained all approvals from their management to proceed. He promised they will call us next week to collect the unit. But alas no one ever ever called us. Last week we made many phone calls but no one neither picking up nor answering our calls.
On 24 August 2018 I personally made inquiry and raised my complaint at Best Denki's customer counter on the status of my steam oven. But alas they just gave all the bull and cock stories. I insisted they call their headquarter at Subang Parade. One Assistant Manager (Terri) called one Ms Jennifer Chan but she can't answer her the calls as she is in meeting. Please take note my steam oven was sent to Best Denki on 10 July 2018 but still no sign on status of repair or return!

I insisted Mr Alain Ch'ng to call his manager, Mr Lim Tze Hoe at their headquarter at Subang Parade. Talked and voiced my frustrations with Mr Lim Tze Hoe on the experienced customer services on BEst Denki after-sales and warranty support. He agreed with me to have a cutoff date set by next Tuesday, 28 August 2018 to return the fully serviced steam oven back to me. Failing which he agreed to provide a one-for-one replacement without any cost to me. Mr Alain Ch'ng was also in the phone conversations between Mr Lim Tze Hoe and me on the agreement.

My wife happened to run some chores in One Utama on 16 August 2018. She made inquiry at the Best Denki's counter to check on the status of our Steam Oven. Was told it was sent to Panasonic Service Centre for repair (when?). They promised to call us next week to update on status and to collect the unit. Alas, they never never called and we made many calls to +[protected] but no one answering our calls. What type of customer service from Best Denki! I personally went to Best Denki to complain and inquire the status of my steam oven. Again cock and bull stories given by their outlet manager, Mr Alain Ch'ng and his Assistant Manager (Terri?). They dare to say they don't know the status of my steam oven and neither they have the authority to approve or expedite the repair or replacement. Lots of [censored] on customer service from Best Denki...? I insisted to talk to their reporting managers. After repeating calls from Best Denki's counter by Ms Terri, was told Ms Jennifer Chan was in meeting and not able to answer call. Insisted Mr Alain Ch'ng to contact his manager, Mr Lim Tze Hoe from their Headquarter at Subang Parade. Per our teleconversation Mr Lim Tze Hoe agreed with me to have a cutoff date set by next Tuesday, 28 August 2018 to return the fully serviced steam oven back to me. The unit was sent to Best Denki on 10 July 2018. Failing which he agreed to provide a one-for-one replacement without any cost to customer. Mr Alain Ch'ng was also in the phone conversations between Mr Lim Tze Hoe and me on the agreement.

Did any Best Denki management even make a spot check on their outlets on their staff response on answering calls. No one seems to take and answer their calls. It's a great disgrace to have such poor customer services. Perhaps smart consumers should think twice before purchasing any products from them, what more subscribing to their extended warranty coverage...!

Some one called me today to collect the unit but discovered the unit is still not operating and it just re-initiating itself when power on. Now I'm given a new customer service number: 41780 as they need to resend to their service repair department or Panasonic Service Centre.

Best Denki Braun face epilator - not functioning & bad customer service

I purchased a Braun Face Epilator from Best Denki KLCC on 24th Mar 2017. Within a month it was not functioning.

On 11th May 2017, I went to Best Denki KLCC to send the item for service as it was still covered under the guarantee period. The took the item from me & issued me a Customer Service Form. They also promised that the item will be ready within 2 weeks & they will keep me informed.

But 3 weeks passed and I didn't received any calls from them. When I called them they said the item is still not ready and will keep me informed. Unfortunately till today 6th July 17, I still have not received a single call from them. Which is very disappointing.

However on 5th July, I took the effort to call them again and check. The guy who answered my call took down my Service No & my mobile number & he promised to call me back within 5 mins. He failed to call me back and I still have not heard from them yet.

It is so disappointing and frustrating because I was only able to use the epilator for just a month and have to go thru with such an horrible after service and ignorant salesperson who is not bothered to call or follow up with my repair status.

Best Denki Poor service & product faulty

I bought lg 55" 3d led tv from best denki utama on 16 aug 2012. They delivered the tv on 18 aug 2012.
After 3 days I found vertical line appeared on the screen and horizontal line runing from top to the bottom of the screen. I called the sales person to informed him about the problem. They tried to avoid getting into trouble and they requested me to deal with lg customer service as the tv still under warranty. After this exprienced I will never purchase any goods from best denki one utama.

I purchased a MacBook Air last Friday at the IT Show, very bad experience. Last Friday I went down to the IT Show, looking for the Apple Macbook. When I was hesitating to whether purchase a MacBook Air for 128gb or 256gb storage, Best Denki’s sales girl approached me. She ask me what is my usage for the laptop, and replied her "I am using the laptop for work, and free time I always download a lot of Movie, photo and music at iTunes”. She keep advise me a few times to get Macbook Air with 128gb storages, and ensure me whatever I download on the iTunes (Music, apps, movie or photo) will not affect the storage in the laptop. And a new Macbook user, I believe Best Denki sales girl advise because I believe their have professional training with the products. So end up I getting the MacBooks Air, 128gb storage and go home. However I realise and also confirm with Apple Singapore, if I am downloading iTunes in the laptop and also downloading more Movie, music, photo and application inside. It is taking a lot of storage from the computer, and 128gb is definitely not enough. So I called to Best Denki feedback Center and ask for help, exchange the laptop to 256gb storage. A lady name ”Ms Jhenice” told me I have to pay other 10% repacking fee if I require to change. But I told her the reason I purchased this storage is because of the “wrong information” given by Best Denki’s staff. But she still insists I have to pay the 10% repacking fee. After explaining a few times, I am very unhappy and disappointed with what she replies. So I think maybe she might not be able to make the decision, I request her to transfer the phone to someone else that able to listen to my inquire and help me on this. I feel that I already told the Best Denki staff my concern and usage before buying the Macbook, Best Benki shouldn’t advise me the wrong information. And now still wanted to charge me another 10% repacking fee, which totally can’t be accepted. But she only told me, she is still insisting to charge me the 10% repacking fee. Refuse to let me speak to any other staff and hung up my call. I am really VERY DISAPPOINTED in Best Denki after sales service. And this lady who is so rude to the consumer. I hope the management is able to see this post and assist me on my inquiry. Thank you

Best Denki Delivery

I wan to make a complain, i had order one built in oven & one plasma 3d tv from them, they are issue a delivery order to me is delivedry date is 11/02/2012, by 11.00am - 1.00pm, after tat, my husband from morning waiting them til 2 oclock, i have call person in charges, they told me tat on dway, until 4.00pm, i reach house, still not yet see my goods...i m very angry & call to them, they ask me to call store manager of them, juz i know tat my goods still in their warehouse, how their servce, so bad...my husband is wasting d time from morning waiting till 5pm...than only know tat they cant make it by today...
now i only wondering their service is so bad, i wan to claim back my loses today...now they are promised will sent my goods tomorrow by 11.00 - 2pm/...i need to see what they will doing... I m Jackie Ong [protected]...my order number is 722217

This is the worst customer service that I had experienced with Best Denki at One Utama. I bought a Panasonic Steam Oven in 2015 and also purchased extended warranty for 5 years with Best Denki. I was promised the sky and the greatness with their extended warranty.
I encountered problem using the Panasonic Steam Oven on 9 June 2018. When using any steam functions it keeps asking me to add water even though it is fully filled. Suspect faulty to inverter, magnetron or logic program. Sent the unit to Best Denki at One Utama on 10 June 2018 (Customer Service Number: 41752). Promised by one Mr Alian Cheng (Branch Manager?) to get it repaired and revert soonest as Panasonic Service Centre is just nearby in Section 13, Petaling Jaya. Asked but we are not allowed to send the unit on own self as it is under extended warranty with Best Denki. After one, two and three weeks I repeatedly called and called (at least making 10 calls each time) but no one seems to answer the calls. If lucky some one will answer but he/she will said he/she does not have the answer for me as it is with the maintenance and service department with Best Denki.
Questions:
1. How come no one seems to know which is happening in Best Denki at One Utama?
2. If Best Denki is not able to provide extended warranty coverage than why ask customer to purchase them?
3. There is totally no customer service rendered to their customers! What more talking on delighted customer services? Totally no phone etiquette when answering the phone calls. Don't even make promises if you can't keep or deliver it.
4. Why it needs so long to get a warrantied unit to be serviced or repaired by internal or even from a nearby Panasonic Service Centre? Can anyone tell us what is wrong here?

Saya beli washing machine LG pada 13/6/2018 dan sampai pada 19/6/2018. Saya mendapati mesin basuh telah rosak dan apabila contact LG customer service mereka kata memang motherboard rosak dan saya minta tukar ganti mesin yang baru tetapi pihak denki memberi pelbagai alasan dan tidak mahu selesaikan secara baik kes ini. sudah hampir 2 minggu masih tiada berita dari pihak mereka. saya harap pelanggan tidak beli dari mereka lagi

pada 2 jun 2014 saya telah ke best denki one utama utk membeli samsung note 3.oleh kerana tiada sesiapa di sekitar kaunter itu, saya terus ke "cahsier & customer service" utk bertanyakan soal telefon itu.ada seorang lelaki cina.ia kelihatan "busy" dan tidak mempudulikan saya.saya cuba bertanya kepadanya jika ada sesiapa yang boleh membantu saya untuk bertanyakan soal telefon itu.dgn mudah ia menjawab "tiada sesiapakah disana?cari saja lah jurujual yang berada disana.!"tersentak saya dgn jawapan yg diberikan.saya bertanya kepadanye "salahkan jika saya bertanya kpd kamu krn tiada sesiapa disekitar?" . ia menjawab "i'm not salesman.!"jadi siapa salesman?mungkin dia berpangkat manager / supervisor, tapi salahkan jika dia membantu saya dan bercakap secara baik dengan saya?isteri cuba menenangkan keadaan dan bertanya secara baik kepadanya yang kami memang ingin membeli note 3 dan mendapat beberapa penerangan sebelum kami membeli.tetapidia memberitahu yang dia hanya menjual dan tidak tahu soal itu.saya teru pergi dari situ dan bertanya kpd staff lain siapa nama lelaki itu.ia memberitahu namanye MR.LIM!

Best Denki Delivery agreement

Hi all, I bought a washing machine from Best Denki in Mid Valley on the 30th April and I was promised a delivery on 2nd May, it was even printed on the 'Sales Order Confirmation' sheet.

On the 2nd May, I waited and waited feeling confident that these guys gonna delivered my new washing machine. At 1800hrs, we called and was told that they made a mistake on the delivery date. Yes, it was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd May but the ### who arranged the delivery scheduled is a new staff and it is to be delivered on the 3rd May. I had wasted my time waiting at home and I would not know that it will not be delivered until I called them.

I am so disappointed, again, with the service I received from shopping in Malaysia. It is either they are rude, no knowledge or what so ever about the product they are selling, or just could not care because chatting and giggling among themselves are much better that actually doing what they are hired for. Well...I guess it is a normal attitude of these people in Best Denki (and most of the shops in Malaysia) to deliver bad customer service because they do not care and do not understand the importance of good customer service. They never have the right attitude when comes to working and there are hardly any have the right understanding in dealing with consumers.

Ya, they service is really suck, starting told us will delivery in sunday, and then say next wednesday, in the end told us out of stock!
when we buy the washing machine the staff didn't even mention no stock, and keep ask us wait for fews week!

You are so right. In my case, i bought a samsung washing machine on monday and made arrangement for delivery for cominf wed. i was informed by the person in charge that most of the staffs are muslim so they can deliver after breaking fast, of course i agreed. Come wed i received a call informing me that he would like to go home to buka puasa and if its ok to deliver earlier which is before 7.00pm. My reply was i am still working and m unable to go home as i wish. OK then we reschedule for coming sat. By friday no confirmation, i called to check in the morning but was told not possible to deliver sat cos schedule is full. I was told that I SHOULD inform 1 day ahead and was also blamed for cancelling 1st appointment. Excuse me, i was not the one to reschedule. Even then, from wed to fri WAS more than one day AHEAD. OK this person will check. By evening, nothing happens, miss cool here called again, spoke to another person and repeated myself, suddenly, line cut off. Tried calling twice BUT cant get thru. line was immediately cut off . Odd isn't it? Here we are paying for frustrations. What are management doing about this. Tidak apa attitude is ok? Wake up.

Best Denki Not reliable and secure

Best denki's services are not reliable and irresponsible.
I have purchased a plasma tv last wednesday and they promised to deliver on friday then they didn't turn up and worst of it they don't even give you a call. I cancelled all my appointments to wait for it and it turn me down. Then they apologize and promised to send it again on sunday before 2pm. On saturday night, a malay called me and said they have to postphoned it again till 4pm. Oh my god, what kind of service and empty promises they are making.I am really dissappointed and upset that there is an so irresponsible and unreliable company in Malaysia and they claim themselves Best.
There fore I cancelled the order from them.
I don't recommend this company as they are not trustworthy at all.
Person in charge is Edmond in Times Square.
They are not keen on selling their products maybe its big but i really curious with this kind of services they can survive. Maybe its because we have already made the payment.
This is really embarressing and shameful.

I'm Chang.
I sent my MP3 (Creative brand) for repair last month. And I had called their Branch (Times square) spoken to Ms Siew Yuan to enquiry the status of my MP3. Ms Siew Yuan replied that she need to check on the matter and promise to return call shortly. But until today I never received any feedback from the branch. I'm very disappointed. Is it the way you all treat customer?
Would appreciate if your company treat it seriously on the matter!

Hi chang, i've been faced the same problem before in KLCC about service matter. But lastly i found out that its not all about the outlet we sent the set to service doing things slow and irresponsibility. The lady did made many calls front of me to their service department in HQ which located at 1utama 1st floor new wing everytime i went there, but the answer they got was always "i call u back later", then of course I and that Best Denki staff have waited half hour but no reply, then the called again, this time is no answer at all, later, can't call in at all. I can so understand that the staff definitely won't call me back if i wasn't there witnessed it, because i don't know what to tell custmoer if i was the staff that day! Sometimes we just have to understand ppl's situation, don't keep blaming those innocent staff, they are only the few workers amongs all. Hope you be understanding, hows your mp3 now by the way, did the Ms Siew Yuan called lastly ?
