To Best Denki,

I had purchased an LG dryer in Jul 2020 and purchased another Safety 5 best extended warranty (223567). Can refer to attached screenshot of the receipt.

I writing to express my disappointment on the warranty and service arrangements . My dryer has broken down several times and though each time, LG or the repair contractor has send someone to assess and then arranged for repair, the dryer doesn't seem to last long and will fail again.

The most recent episode unfortunately happened during CNY. The dryer had issues about 2 weeks before CNY, which was brought back for repairs again and returned back to us within 2-3 days. After which it had issues AGAIN, we called the service line and they had brought it back to repair just before CNY. This time the repair time took extremely long..in fact the dryer is still under repair as of writing of this mail, which more than 1 week! I just a call from them yesterday that they are still assessing/testing the issues without any confirmation when it will be ready. 

This is highly unacceptable, what if they take months to repair, I have to do without the dryer for so long?

My family relies heavily on the dryer as we wash our clothes daily and it'svery inconvenient to dry manually especially during CNY. We had been chasing and even feedback to Best Denki and was just referred to the repair contractor. The safety 5 warranty is provided by Best Denki and Best should take responsibility to ensure that the repairs be complete on time and in full. It is unacceptable that Best just refer us to the contractor to deal with ourselves. 

I hope Best can give me a reaonsalbe explanation and take immediate steps on service recovery before I have to escalate this further. What is point of getting extended warranty when there is no commitment to provide prompt service repair and I as the consumer have to suffer the inconvenience of waiting/arranging repairs all the tome? If Best or your service contractor cannot repair my dryer in time, its only fair that you give me a replacement set.
