I was very disappointed with Beadaholique
I bought from them only once and must say that I was very disappointed with everything. First of all it took a long time to get my order - almost three months!
When I just made my order Beadaholique rep said that I'll get my order within a couple of weeks. But there is a huge difference between couple of weeks and three months!
Second thing was that my order was not complete and some components were missing. They promised to ship the missing items but never did that and I'm still waiting. I would not recommend this website to anyone, items are not bad, but their service is beyond ridiculous. They got me nothing but headache!
No delivery and the seller lied that my order was ready
Don’t waste your money on the website www.beadaholique.com. I placed the order on Friday’s morning. I haven’t heard from the seller until the next Friday. I sent tons of emails and finally received the response that my order was almost sent. I waited another week, but my order was delayed. The company kept silence at this time. I need help, because I have no experience with such problems and companies, which doesn’t want to return money or orders.
they didn't communicate with customers at all
I purchased some accessories and beads from the website www.beadaholique.com. I placed my order on Friday and waited to get some confirmation info within couple of hours. But they didn’t confirm my order. On Wednesday I tried to reach them, but all my emails stayed unanswered and when I called them, no one replied. I already contacted my bank and asked to open case again them and help me to get money back.

Slow delivery, waste of money and rude manager
I will never again buy from www.beadaholique.com. I ordered 10 beads’ kits from them, but after of week I got nothing. I paid for the express delivery, but it was the slowest express delivery ever. I called to the customer services, but the manager was rude and told me to wait. After that he hung up on me and no one replied to my emails and phone calls again. The rudest seller and horrible attitude.
It is impossible to get something from this seller
I bought 5 crystal Swarovski beads from www.beadaholique.com. So it took a week, before they provided the confirmation email. After that I waited 2 weeks, and the seller finally responded to my email. He sent the order 4 weeks ago, but I still haven’t received it. They replied to emails so slowly that I finally asked to return money, and they stopped to reply. Total scam. Don’t buy form them, because you won’t receive money back, order or appropriate communication.
I returned an item, paid for postage & beadaholique returned my return to me, unopened?
How could they even determine what it is I attempted to return with unopening it?
Don’t ever use Beadaholique.com for buying gift cards and discount codes. They are really scamming customers. The terms and conditions are changed without any warnings. Actually you don’t know what you are going to buy!
