Berrada Properties review: Do not rent to Mya Nicole Walker (Duchess)

Do not rent to Mya Nicole Walker, Because she's a troublemaker who break the rules on the apartmenty lease when she live in an apartment! Mya N. Walker be drinking alcohol/liquor, smoking weed, acting crazy and dragging good tenants into her problems! When Jomela Properties rented to her and her brother in 2020, She was living at 3104 West Wells Street in Apt 403, She acted crazy on Dominick McNutt who lived in Apt 401,! Bernard Cotton who lived in Apt 405 and David O Edmond who lived in Apt 404 on the 4th floor inside that apartment building. She brought a big white dog inside that apartment building and The apartment lease stated no pets allowed, Tenants called and contacted Jomela Properties telling them about her bad behavior and about her bringing in the big white dog, Jomela Properties never evicted her, They kept on giving her chances about her bad behavior and about the dog, That's why Dominic McNutt and Bernard Cotton moved out of that apartment building, because of her bad behavior and her brother's bad behavior! In 2021, Her brother and his pregnant girlfriend moved out of that apartment building, because she was a baby. She got an eviction on her record for not paying her rent! In 2022, Berrada Properties transferred her back to 2803 West Wells Street apartment building, Berrada Properties was not supposed to transfer her to that apartment building, Mya N. Walker was not a tenant of Berrada Properties for one year and She still drinking, smoking weed acting crazy and getting out of control! Stay away from Mya Nicole Walker (Duches), because she will act crazy on you and She will drag you in her problems inside that apartment building, I hope Berrada Properties evict her from that apartment building real soon!
