Mostly all candies in my pack were poorly coated. They were very thinly coated with most of them exposing chocolate. It did not have that nice crunchy candy coating expected from an M&M. Lately when we buy M&M's it's been a great disppointment. They are always, chipped, or too thinly coated and some don't even have the round shape. We have come to support and love this candy for so many years that this is not acceptable. When you go to the M&M store everything is perfect so I guess mass production doesn't matter for the average consumer. These candies are used in mostly every sweet sixteen but are soon loosing tracks to sixlets. It's a shame.
Claimed loss: The loss is of trust that M&M is putting out it's best product. Quality should never be compromised as it opens the door for people to find other confectionary.
Desired outcome: Improve the quality of your product back to what it once was.
