I signed on the dating site benaughty choosing the option fot three days use. But I saw that they are going to charge me repeatedly every month.Now that I saw, that most if not all the profiles are fake, I'd like to cancel it. I would like to stop the automatic payment of my bill for the dating site benaughty but I couldn't find out how to do it exactly. I've been following the steps to cancel the repeat billing and the last step says that I have to call a number. The phone number they are proposing to contact them is not working. Guys, just either report it to the police or report it to your BANK as soon as possible. I am in the United Kingdom, and i signed up for the 0.99p subscription. Less than an hour later I attempted to cancel by phoning them up on their contact number. Couldn't get through to anyone who speaks good English. But in the end I managed to communicate with someone in broken English. I had to threaten police action after they kept telling me they were going to carry on my subscription no matter what. I went onto my bank website and cancelled my card just in case they tried it on. In the end I got a cancellation email only to wake up 2 days later with a text from my bank saying they attempted to take another 44 pounds despite CHANGING MY CARD. Luckily my bank had blocked it! I am definitely contacting the police about these guys because not only that, I am fearful they will try and take more money. I got the bank to remove the DIGITAL BANKING SIGNATURE which was like the handshake between benaughty.com and my bank, which originally authorised them to apply for more money but they didn't manage to (due to my account luckily flagging it as suspicious). Phone up your banks to REMOVE THE DIGITAL BANKING SIGNATURE so they cannot apply for more money.

Same problem
I have the same problem with benaughty, they are still charging me after I requested to cancel all billing, still debiting my credit. Called the contact centre and they promised to cancel my subscription, but so far nothing has been done.
Kindly cancel that billing and I want my money back
I have tried multiple times to cancel. I agreed to pay less than $3 and have had close to $200 debited over 4 transactions.
I’ve sent emails. I’m going to go to police about this site. I want my money refunded and all debits cancelled.

I am in the same boat, have emailed 7 times without reply , just been debited another £47, now reporting case with my paper trail to the police, have lost £100’s

I have a similar problem and they continue to charge my bank card I’ve called multiple times to customer service and they continue to charge my bank card I don’t know what more to do, please help
