Hi I have a account with Benaughty dating site.I won't to cancelle so I cancelled repeat billing I went to close account got my code but there is no were to enter code so I emailed benaughty letting them know all my details and gave them the code asked them to close my account... 3 weeks later account still active then they chargedy my account with another months membership after I already cancelled repeat billing 3weeks earlier...I still have no reply and account active please help

I rang the skype number to cancel my trial membership i got through and spoke to a operator, after trying to interest me with so many other options and free things i just said i wanted it to completely be stopped and wanted none of the free stuff, I have only yet to wait and see if they still charge me after i made the call in the next couple of days and if they charge me ill be contacting my bank and cancelling my card to prevent anything further

I have the exact same problem as none of the cancellation or customer service numbers work. You can check in but you cant check out trick, and in this case they got you stuck for extra site billing that was not available to be cancelled out of until after you joined the site. That surprise billing for the video service at a higher cost than the one you were being billed for in the first place. This entire site is a complete fraud as there is not a genuine woman available on the entire site. Nothing but bots texting you and messaging you all the time. They are easy to get to bust themselves as being bots so when the site tries to deny this just know that they are total lying scam artists who are milking credit cards for every dime they can steal off of them. I have cancelled repeat billing several times and still get billed. The telephone number given to complete repeat billing does not connect.
