BeautyClicks.com Bad remover product.

I bought BeautyClicks.com hair colour remover product. It says it's extra strength and that it removes difficult colours. I have black in my hair that I wanted out, but this product didn't take any of the colours out even though it says that it will.

BeautyClicks.com Bad service.

I paid three day rate so I would get product from BeautyClicks.com in time. I got it ten days later and it was too late, so I want my money back. However, they want me to pay for shipping one more time and I will lose my money. Bad service.
