I purchased one bottle of the above (been using your products over 20 years) it was in a bag and laying on its side on a table getting ready to go to another clients house for use. When I went to pick up bag, the new bottle had leaked and dripped onto a wool oriental rug and bleached it. I took it to a professional rug cleaner and he said it was too damaged. I have made numerous attempts calling your headquarter office only to be spoken to rudely by Clarisa who states she is a manager. I wish to file a claim.

We used Awesome Products’ Carpet Stain Removal, on the carpet at our corporate office (Wentworth Energy, INC.) Soon after the use of Carpet Stain Removal, the carpet began to show signs of discoloration and bleached spots. We called Awesome Products, and filed a claim on 2/03/2010, since then they have acted unconcerned and have not made any effort to contacts us. He had 3 estimates and are currently in the process of replacing the carpet. The current total cost to replace the carpet in our office is $1800.00. We have been very patient since we filed our claim on 2/03/2010. However, we have lost potential investors and joint business partners due to the ruined carpet. Our potential investors feel that the carpet reflects our company’s ability to perform efficiently and productively, which is essential in our business.
