hi.
last night i joined be2 and ahreed to my $12 to join and used my MasterCard to pay.
Today i can see be2 has taken $299.76 from my credit card.
i did not agree to this and understood i was paying $12.
i would like a refund minus the $12 please.
i can not afford $299.76 and would never agree to this amount.
can you please get back to me.

hi,
my name is nicole minskip. i joined be2 last night and agreed to pay $12.
Today i could see be2 took $299.76 out of my account on my mastercard. i did not agree to this and would not have joined if this was the cost. i cant afford this much money and would really appreciate a refund please

Be2 cancellation problem

I have tried for three weeks to cancel my subscription with b2 dating site via the route on their site 'help page' 'cancellation' that tells me i have to cancel my 'premium account before i can cancel my profile ..this takes me to the membership page which then tells me I can't access my premium account as my payment is still processing!
This is one whole month from when I subscribed!
the site tells me I can cancel my account via this page!
I cannot! I have taken photo evidence of the pages leading to this
I have now sent a cancellation via registered post.
Please check this site and how it guides you to cancel your account .
If it hadn't told me I had to cancel via the premium membership page first, I would have cancelled via post three weeks ago
Because they led me to believe via their own help pages that I had to cancel online first I do not feel I owe my last subscription .
they have now sent a demanding email with added costs and a threat of collection agencies and more fees!, i am a single parent and it is causing me incredible stress
Please contact me regarding this issue and what my rights ?

i got my gmail account compromised about 1 year ago and for a year in spam i get weird messeges about girls and stuff i didnt know whats happening and few days ago they sent me hote that i got too pay 182 euros for what i dont know i didnt even used their site i go to their client services they said that is not their problem well why i got to pay something that i dont even know about. I didnt even know be sarl existed till they sent me that thing at home

Be2 dating site be2

I was on a dating site and paid for the 3 month subscription. Because the site yielded no viable candidates I canceled the subscription. Now the company Auer Witte Thiel, is demanding money to the amount of £244. In my country this is a lot of money.

I have been getting letters of demand. I have tried to pay them, but neither PayPal or my bank wants to process the transaction because I assume they think it's a scam.
I tried to go to their website that was placed on one of the letters, but it said that the certification expired in 2016.

I definitely think that it is a scam.

Be2 dating site

Joined this online dating site and wish to change my credit card details and cancel my subscription and they are refusing to do so and asking for signed letters to be faxed. Firstly subscription was online. So unsubscription too must be online. I should be able to cancel whenever I like

They are even threatening in between the lines that I agreed to there terms. They don't have my signature. So why this unethical behaviour?

upgrade membership and than terminate my membership on the same day
cs@be2.com still deduct my credit card on August 2018 (RM720) and Feb 2019 (RM720) for membership fee and i didn't receive any e-mail regarding the membership renewal
request for refund and terminate my membership asap

Be2 matchmaking service

Hi i am from singapore.
This BE2 website is a scam.They have deduct 350 dollar from my credit card account where the advertising fees is only 5 dollar.
On top of that, there is a auto renewal subscription clause where you you cannot cancel this auto subscription in the webpage.

When you click the subscript button, this is where your nightmare will begin.Not only they overcharge you, they will engage a debt collection center to collect this "auto subscription fees", then they threaten a lawyer suit.Please do not subscript and if you do, kindly ignore all their threats..

Be2 be2.co.za dating service

Received a badgering email quoting contract legal terms threatening action for unpaid fees. The fact is I am unable to log onto BE2 web site to cancel and the complaint site does not open.
The email quotes "Case number ZA-2019-09-23-[protected]-BE2-DN" implying a law suit has been opened 1 day after non payment with no customer care interaction from BE2 organisation.
The fact is I have unsuccessfully tried to cancel this contract and eventually cancelled my bank account to force non payment and some form of contact with BE2.
I have no intention of paying this company as their actions are not ethical.

Be2 never signed up

I have had two payments of $299.40 taken from my account for something I never signed up for, never posted a profile. I have never been contacted by a prospective connection, obviously as I have never joined B2 or whatever they are called. I have emailed the company and so far they have said they have no details relating to me. SO WHY have they taken money from my account, I will now relate this complaint to the Australian Government Scam department. Maybe they can help me get my much needed $598.80.

Be2 premium membership cancellation

I'm trying to cancel my Premium Membership however there are only fax and posting options. I do not have the facilities to fax and posting my letter would take too long with no proof of arrival. I need to cancel today or will just deactivate my account. If I deactivate my account I would assume this cancels my membership as you do state that it would be non existent and cannot be reavtivated. I do not understand why emailing my cancellation letter cannot be an option.

Be2 payment taken from my account when it should not of

steven paterson here i want to no why $194.70 was taken from my account as i have not used your site in age as far as im was to no my account was deleted but you have taken this money out i would like it refunded to my westpac account as it should not off come out i well be etting onto my bank in the morning to let then no it should not off come out i think is fraud i well be asking them this please can some one get back to me with a australia phone number so i can speak with someone ty ps i think this one of the photos i put on the site when i was on it but i cant even log onto the site so im not sure

Be2 unauthorized credit card charges

I cancelled my subscription within 14days and then had was charged another 3 months AT £131.70. An unauthorised transcation. I wrote various letters of complaint and finally on 7th Aug 2019 was reimbursed the initial amount of £51.86 and then on 13th Aug 2019 was reminbursed the amount of £131.70. I do not have an account or a subscription. Today the 5th Sept 2019 I have received an email threatening me with the Baliffs and legal action if I do not pay within 7 days the amount of £141.70. I am not paying this money. I have changed my Credit Card number and opened an unauthorised transaction case against be2.s.ar.l. with my Credit Card company. I will be taking legal action myself against this company if I do not receive communication within 7 days that the matter is closed once and for all and that I will never be contacted by them again

Be2 academic singles

I have posted a signed cancelation letter for my premium account to this company postal adress as required by the site.

Academic singles claim that they did not recieve the letter.
I also have a signed copy of the cancellation letter wich I provided to them via e-mail ([protected]@academicsingles) on 14/07

Complaint 1:
Why is my account still active and why are they still trying to take money from me after I have cancled my account.

I have atteched a photo of my signedcancelation letter below.
I concidder the matter closed and would appreciate it if be2 will refrain from contacting me ever again.

Be2 dating site

I signed up on the free part of be2 in jan 2019.. it was crap they had fake profiles of people in our area.. we live in a very small area so i new straight away it was [censored].. i didnt make a profile.. they kept sending me emails about these fake people sending me smiles so i went on and follwed indtructions on deleting my profile so the emails would stop.. i did this in may 2019 at the end of june someone withdrew $365NZ out of my credit card.. on inquiring with the bank they said it was this dating site.. i then was told they had taken $299 NZ outta my account in jan 2019.. i have been emailing them for thelast month to have my money returned. They will not give it back.. they have now changed the steps to deleting a profile.. i didnt give them permission to take any money outta my account.
So beware of them they are scammers

Like other people I was caught out by the automatic roll over charge so accepted that and emailed to cancel the service. In the email address I put an additional s stating services and not service as required, however, the service ceased with immediate effect so I assumed that it had been cancelled successfully. I have been contacted several times by your collection service stating that I owe a further £131.70p for the continuation of a service that your own records will show ceased last May. The correspondence between your Martin and myself clearly shows that the service ceased in May yet I have been subjected to threatening emails form him demanding payment. I went to Natwest Bank this morning to transfer the money to find that they couldn't as the Swift-Bic code wasn't recognised by their system. Are you going to cancel this alleged debt for a service that I have not received or at least give me a means of paying it. I have requested twice to receive instructions to pay via Paypal but again no response so far.

Be2 Membership fees

I signed up for six month trial period thinking I had 14 days free trail period to cancel if not satisfied.
Immediately I was matched to unlimited fake profiles and after four days I tried canceling membership and requesting my profile and all my details be removed. My emails went unanswered, assistance delayed until the 14 day refund period expired. They immediately deducted $299. 71 from my bank for the membership. I contacted my bank cancelled my card and had my bank reverse the money. Ive since received an email threatening debt collection for $329.for breach of contract as I havent paid my 6months membership. Even though Ive removed my profile deleted my details and cancelled my membership they are still charging me and late fees included. And threatening me with legal debt collection action!

Be2 subscription to b2 dating site cancellation

I am trying to cancel my subscription, I filled out the required form with all details and signature and emailed on the 25/7/19 but then had $179.70 pending from account on the 11/8/19 but then this figure changed to $185.09 on the 10/8/19.
Why 2 different figures i do not know.
But I had sent the required document for cancelling within the 14 day timeframe but money still was taken out.
I have sent numerous emails requesting cancellation and refund but I have heard nothing.
I have put a dispute in with the bank about this company
I want to speak to someone now

Be2 account I didn't ask for

I was debited 3 x the amount of R1999 for something I did not sign for by be2SARL . On the 2 August '/ 2 July and also 31 may . I DID not ask for this contract..I did not agree to these terms . Have been to bank and has statements proving you have deducted the money from my account . . Please reimburse me immediately.

Be2 online dating site charges

I looked around at various on-line dating sites and decided to settle on single 50's which I thought was to be free, somehow or other during registration process, I ended up paying what was supposed to be €20.00 for premium service, there didn't appear to be terms or conditions and then when I check my bank €71.00 was taken out by BE2 S.A.R.L. I have now had to contact bank and block this company. Please return my money asap, will have to cancel membership. Can't now trust the site. If this is not resolved in a very short period of time, I will be contacting Consumer Affairs, be warned, they operate in an underhand manner!

Be2 cancelation

Below is the email I have received from be2 dating I took the free days and discounted days then tried to cancel on numerous occasions but as you can see they have you jumping through hoops to find the correct address to do so I'm on a set pension and no way can I afford to pay out that kind of money so my last message I'm trying to find where to send plus the recent email from them are below this is making me ill all the dress and worry they are causing
Please any help in stopping this harassment

The company is nothing more than con artists they never lived up to what was advertised I was scanned by so many sleezy men and women the ages didn't match what was on my profile it caused so much stress I ended up in hospital with a heart attack

You entered into a contract with us.

3. This is a binding contract
Contracts made online are deemed legally valid in the same way as contracts signed in person, with both parties having given their mutual declaration of intent. By entering your payment details and clicking on the Complete Payment button, you entered into a contract with us and accepted our Terms and Conditions.

4. It is not necessary to issue an invoice
You made a contract online and in general, would have received a confirmation E-Mail. During the payment process you gave us permission to debit your account. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that the amount due can be debited. It is not necessary for us to issue a separate bill.

5. Subscription fee
The subscription fee is due at the moment of purchase and payable in one sum, or in installments. You were informed at the moment of purchase that the subscription fee is to be paid in advance, which you confirmed by mouse click. Payment is being processed automatically at the moment of contract conclusion and cannot be stopped, not even by immediate revocation. Please note that electronic payments can take a few days until processed and credited to the payee's account. However, this doesn't mean that it was originally initiated on the day shown on your account.

6. Automatic renewal
All Premium Memberships are subscriptions with automatic renewal. The subscription period paid for by the customer extends automatically. The subscription fee is due at the beginning of each period and to be paid in one sum. You agreed to this by both accepting our GTC at the moment of registration and by purchasing our Premium Membership. Please note that any promotional discounts only apply for the first period of subscription. When purchasing a Premium Membership our customers are also informed that following renewals will be charged with the full regular amount.

7. Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled at any time. A minimum period of notice as agreed upon at the moment of purchase is required before the end of the respective membership term. The cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current subscription period, providing the notice period has been observed.

8. Solicitation and Cancellation
Our customers always receive a confirmation of their cancellation after submission. This confirmation also mentions the date the subscription ends. If you think that you received this reminder although you cancelled in time, please check if you received a cancellation confirmation and if the demand for payment refers to a period after the date confirmed. If so, please raise an objection by sending us a copy of your cancellation confirmation either by email: collections@be2.com or by post: 13, rue du Commerce, L-1351 Luxembourg - Luxembourg. In any case, do not forget to quote the reference number provided to you in this letter.

9. Solicitation and misuse of payment data
On occasion, payment data may be misused to purchase products online. However, we would like to point out that we have never recorded a single case in which an alleged fraudster had access to both the personal e-mail data and the payment data of a third party. Hence we have to assume that the owner of the registered e-mail address also registered the profile and purchased the Premium Membership. If you still think that you have been a victim of fraud, please report this to the relevant authorities. We will contribute to any police investigation by providing them on request with any logged data, such as IP address, address and payment data, saved messages and uploaded pictures. Should there be conclusive evidence of misuse of payment data, the debt recovery process will be stopped. Furthermore we will push charges against the person responsible and assert our claims accordingly. Please note that making a police report alone is not sufficient reason to stop the collection process.

10. Stopping the collection process / Payment
As soon as timely payment of the outstanding amount is received, the collection process can be stopped. Settlement is only possible as indicated in the payment reminders. Please note that payments can take up to three days to be credited to the payee's account. In exceptional cases an arrangement to pay the amount in installments can be made with our external debt collection agency. This will, however, lead to additional fees and interest charges.
For administrative reasons, be2 S.à.r.l. cannot accept payment by installments.

11. Collection process
Should you fail to settle the debt by the deadline given, your case will be automatically handed over to an external debt collection agency, leading to higher fees and further consequences. If necessary, you can arrange a payment in installments with the external collection agency.
Please note that should your case be handed over to an external collection agency, various credit bureaus will be made aware of this (e.g. Experian, FCRA) and this is likely to affect your credit rating. In the event that you also fail to pay the external collection agency, a summary court order will be issued to recover the debt. Expenses incurred in this process are borne exclusively by the debtor.

On the 26.oct 2019 I have paid $19.96 one month membership to Singles50.I was charged $79.96 for 1 month .I had to cancel my bank card.Singles 50 were trying to charge my card but they couldn t.Today I received an email from Luxemburg I have to pay $217 for the 3 month membership and if not they will send the debt collector agents
