Baymont Inn & Suites review: The staff and rooms

The staff are very rude and snobby, plus we where charged an extra hundred dollars for our room smelling like smoke umm.. We dont even smoke what the hell, no continental breakfast, the curtain shelf nearly fall on my bf head as he was pulling them open I mean for real if anything you all should be refunding our stay completely and compensate us for your rude workers and nasty stinky rooms and charging us for something we dont even do. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone
