Baymont Inn & Suites review: staff service

I was very disgusted with the staff namely Heather from the start. She was condescending and rude and just made me feel targeted and unwelcome since I checked in. I simply asked if the rooms were all non smoking and from there it went downhill from here telling me I couldn't smoke which was fine. But to then go on and tell me ilivit drugas were illegal in the state of Indiana, which I'm aware and then threatening to call police for different issues that had nothing to do with me. I felt like she was snoopy and just a pest that would continue to put her foot in her mouth and then come back to always justify her stupid actions. The hall ways were dirty with leaves and debris and the parking lot was full of trash. The housekeepers were constantly knocking before 11:00 and per the booking site used, I had a 12:00 check out time. Heather was her name and she also complained about the other staff calling one young male an idiot which was harsh and unprofessional and she was the one that acted like the real idiot. Finally I was forced to leave my room due to some event and the rooms were booked but when I called later the Hoyle still had some availability and she wouldn't even honor my price I had been paying.
