Baymont Inn & Suitesrefund

Hi we stayed at the Baymont inn Los Angeles on the 18 July 2018 and they took two payments when we only stayed for one night in one room I have requested a refund twice and emailed the manager a MR quereshi and still no reply the receptionist advised I would receive the refund within 4 days on the 18 th and I still have not received it - he had made a mistake in booking two rooms and cancelled the other room and said he will send refund but has not. We checked in after 9pm. The room was not to a standard there was a leakage and the owner was not available to speak to I have emailed twice and on tripadvisor hoping for a response I would like my money back that you should not have taken in the first place
