Bath Depot review: Terrible customer service

After being a customer for several years, I've become increasingly frustrated with the changes this business has made to its ordering process. What used to be a straightforward purchase has turned into a time-consuming and unnecessarily complicated experience.

A simple order ended up taking nearly two hours, requiring multiple phone calls and an overly complex verification process. In today's world, I expect a business to have more efficient systems in place, and this experience fell well short of that expectation.

When I explained that I couldn't continue spending this much time just to place an order and would have to take my business elsewhere, the response I received was simply, "Sure, no problem." That confirmed my decision.

After years as a loyal customer, I expected a better experience and at least some concern about losing my business. Unfortunately, I'll be purchasing elsewhere going forward.

SO, AFTER ALL THE TROUBLE THAT WAS NECESSARY TO PLACE THIS ORDER, THE STORE CALLS ME TO TELL ME THAT I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PICK UP THE ITEMS ON THE CONFIRMED DATE BECAUSE THEIR VERIFICATION PROCESS FAILED. I AM PERPLEXED AT HOW THIS ESTABLISHEMENT CAN STAY OPEN FOR BUSINESS. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAD SOURCING OUT MATERIALS.
