After waiting for a month to receive a solution to replacing a part on my smart toilet, no action has yet been taken. The heated toilet seat is no longer working and the Merivale Road in Ottawa, Canada manager keeps telling me that head office is not responding with a code they need to order the part (still under warantee). I've never experienced such horrible customer service! I want them to either order the part or replace the complete unit.
Desired outcome: I want them to order and replace the diffective part on my Smart Toilet.
