Baskin-Robbins - Telephone service not active and online information incorrect.

I tried to call Baskin Robbins, 1101 W. Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, Illinois 3 times today (11/13). No answer; phone message said the mailbox was full. So I drove to the store and told them I wanted to order a cake. I was told I would have to do it online. So I went home and went through the entire procedure to order a photo cake and at the very end, the website said I could not order a cake online. You cannot get in touch by phone and they will not help you in the store. They do not deserve to be in business.

Claimed loss: I lost most of one day trying to order a cake. I don't usually go to Baskin Robbins and I don't know how they stay in business. I will never step foot in their store ever again. I am frustrated beyond belief.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and a free photo cake. And they need to fix their telephone system AND the online ordering.
