While I was consuming a bowl of Butter Pecan ice cream I purchased from Baskin Robbins, I ate a spoonful of GLASS that was embedded in my ice cream. I tried calling the store I purchased the ice cream from the next day and the girl I spoke with told me that she couldn't help me and offered for me to call back on Monday (8/16) when the manager was available. I called the store back on Monday morning and the manager would not help me. She told me that it was probably ice instead of glass and that it wasn't her problem. The manager also said that there was no corporate number I could call to file a complaint. She was rude and didn't even apologize or offer me a solution. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my entire life. Somebody else could possibly get hurt if there is more glass in other containers and the manager isn't willing to write down the lot number, pull the other cartons from the shelf, or report the complaint to the company. I will never purchase anything from Baskin Robbins ever again.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
If I were you I would have went to the emergency room and had an exam on my mouth along with the ice cream, there you have proof and a lawsuit. -DOCUMENTATION---it's a wonderful thang.
