There were three unauthorized charges on my account from Soapyfalls. Two of them were from 8/18/25 for $24.99 and $19.99, and one from 8/22/25 for $24.99. I contacted them and they reversed the transactions from 8/18/25. Per Soapyfalls, they did not charge the transaction on 8/22/25 for $24.99 ( their email is attached). I contacted the credit card customer service of Barclays at [protected] on 9/24/25 to dispute a transaction of $24.99 from Soapyfalls, which was not even charged by Soapyfalls. This is a car washing place. The customer service person who was not able to speak English well and I requested for the Manager. The manager was also speaking broken English. They recorded my dispute, but somehow they closed that dispute the next day 9/25/25 with out any resolution. And my next statement showed the initial amount of $24.99 and an additional amount of $29.00 as late payment fee and $1.89 as interest charge. I called back the customer service after I saw this and they told me the dispute was closed on 9/25/25. That customer service agent also was not speaking english well. I asked to open the dispute again and close this credit card account. Now my new statement shows more charges.
Because of what was happening I could not take this kind of issues any more so I called back the customer service and requested to close my Emirates credit card and also I explained everything to that agent, who was speaking very good English. Now I need you to clear all these charges because it is affecting my credit for no reason. If this is not happening within the next 30 days I will move forward with legal proceedings.
I am writing this letter as several attempts to resolve this issue by contacting the customer service by phone was not successful. I hope this letter will help to resolve this situation in a positive way.
