I had 400€ charges from this company that i have no idea who this company is or what is doing. This is unacceptable. I want my money back, I don’t play games at all.

I have one charged of 236.90€ on 28/04/2023 and 2 on 09/05/2023 of 157.48€. I don’t understand how this company is still alive after stealing so many money and i see posts from 2006 with same complaints really how this company still exists i dont know.

NC Soft will show a 10% rate to gain an Item, yet over and over players will be kept well blow the advertised rate. NC Soft will reply that it is "Working as intended" But when pressed and shown repeatedly that the rates are no where near 10%, they replied "We are not developers and have no way of knowing how the rates are calculated"

I most recently went through([protected]) this when I purchased over $1200 in NC coin and received 1 item out of 45 attempts. I attempted to resolve the issue with the company, and the above was what I was told. This is always the same response no matter what. And when they feel like they are done, your requests are ignored and marked as "resolved".

On December of 2021 I made a mistaken purchase of $40 because someone inside the game "Blade and Soul" lied to me about something among the game that wasn't working properly. I submitted a ticket to Blade and Soul support requesting a refund of the $40. They refused for no particular reason other than greed. So, I called my credit card company and asked to dispute the charges. After my break from the Holidays (January 2021), when I tried to login to my account it said I was "banned" or "locked". So, I submitted another ticket that took two days to finally get a response. The support team told me I had to return the $40 to reclaim my account. Why do I have to pay $40 to reclaim my account when I have spent hundreds before on guaranteed items?

today 4 of November 2021, 8:00 PM I was charged 60 thousand Colombian pesos, out of literally nowhere, I never touched a single game from this company either knew of the existence of this company. I will be requesting a refund from my bank.

I woke up this morning to 280 charges on my cash app account from ncsoft. They took a total of $730 from my card throughout the night. I have never heard of this company nor have I had any dealings of any kind with them. I want my money put right back in my account this is absolutely ridiculous.

I had an account with this online company and on 3/21/19 I deleted/canceled my account and service, then received an acknowledgment email. On 3/29/19 they billed my debit card for future service. I contacted them by email and phone with no results. I filed a dispute with my bank and was told they will not refund the money, my bank also told me since I originally signed up for this service they could do nothing. I have tried contacting them several times since then with no results. I feel since since they charged me for services that would occur after my account was deleted and will not refund my money it is fraud/theft. I have wasted far to much time on this and feel I should be compensated for this as well. One last thing they sent me an email 2 days after my account deletion instructing me to log into my account and stop the reoccurring charges but my account as they knew was deleted and there was no way I could log in as they requested.

1/30/16-5 charges for $104 each were charged to my card. I immediately contacted the company and was told that they were unable to locate the fraudulent charges with their search engines as fake information is usually given with unauthorized transactions. I would like the charges removed from my account as I have never heard of this company and did not authorize/initiate the charges.
This company has a history of fraudulent charges, why are they not requiring more information when credit cards are used?

I did a routine check on my bank account and found two charges from pay pal for $1.00 followed by two credits for $1.00. This was followed by a charge for $60.00 from ncsoft.com. My bank advised me to cancel the card which I did. Ncsoft is a sham company. Somehow they get your information then use a test run on your account using another company like PayPal or iTunes and then charge you the full price for a game you never ordered. This is not the first time this has happened when I used iTunes. From now on I'm going to use store bought cards to purchase iTunes and no longer use my credit card for anything remotely affiliated with apple. I think there's a problem with their online security.

There are 5 charges from a NCSOFT.COM (2) 1 for $54.49, 1 for $49.99 both made at 8:34 pm, 3 charges from BLIZZA VELIZY-VILLAC WORLDOFWARCRAFT for $19.48 between 8:49 and 9:48 My bank called me about the transactions this morning.They were made yesterday. I nor anyone in my house was even on the computerand definitly would not have any video game. The NCSOFT has a number but you can't get through.

This company i have never heard of. Yet they went in my bank accout and took $110 from my bank account. They are fraudulent because i have never signed subscribed to and agreed with anything with this company. I will be calling them tomorrow so they could redfund the $110. 00 they have no right to take. And how they got my account info i dont know but somebody is hearing my mouth. . . !
