Barclays US Credit Cards review: Montly credit limit reduction

Barlclays for well over a year has been continuously reducing my credit limit to the point I am always at 97% utilization even with I make extra payments. They cost me a loan last week because of their constant shanagans, they are not doing anyone a favor. In case you were wondering, my FICO was 673. I once had a credit limit of 14k. My latest CL is now 6550. If I had the cash I would pay them off, this is absoutely insane, it's wack a mole with this company I hate them with a passion.
