While flying frontier airlines I was given brochure for credit card application with code 425820 to apply once meeting requirements, I would get 55000 miles. I applied per their instructions and they entered my application as a 20000 miles and $200 statement credit, which when converted to miles, is 40000 miles and not 55000 as the promotion stated. I had called them multiple times, including 6/12/25, 9/2/25, 10/3/25, 12/11/25 and 12/12/25. They created many cases to finally tell me that, at the time of application they sent me disclosures stating 20k miles and $200 statement credit was the promo and I had accepted. I let them know if that's what took place, I did not read the terms and disclosures as I had them in my hand via the promo brochure given to me in the flight and was expecting 55000 miles. To which they apologized and gave me 5000 miles. I'm still short 10000 miles which is about $100. I would like to get that. I still have the brochure and I can provide it as proof of what was given to me and I did apply within the time frame they gave me to get the promo.
Claimed loss: $100
Desired outcome: 10000 miles or $100 statement credit
