Update 09/24/3034. In retaliation to my original complaint.

1) I have been locked out of my BankMobile Vibe Checking Account.
2) The Hacker to my bank account has full access,!
3) But, I the owner of the bank accounts have no access to my BankMobile Vibe accounts.
4) The money stolen from my bank account has not been replaced.
5) The bills that is automatically deducted from my account has not been paid and is now past due.
6) That act alone threatens my great credit score and my 100% record of on time payment of my bills!
7) I am a female Army Veteran. I am currently in/out of hospitals due to seizures.
8) I am currently trying to fix the problem with no help from a bank. that I have been doing business with for over 10 years.

My BankMobile Vibe checking account has an Unauthorized Transaction from an Unknown company named': automatic and online as well. So, I immediately called the Customer Service Number located on the back of my Debit Card. I waited on my cell phone for Over 58 Minutes. before talking to a Customer Representative.

He was asking me what name of a Customer Service Representative that assisted me previous week. on a different matter. He told me that he would not help me if I did not give him the name of the previous rep. I said the account breech was not on my end and was on his end. He asked for day of my birth, my social security number, and more. He told me that my debit card was not real after I told him my debit card numbers. Then he asked me how did I contact him? I said what do you mean how did I contact you, I used the customer service number located on the back of my debit card. He said that the debit card and customer service number card was false. I asked him then how am talking to to you? He then he kept asking for name of the previous rep. He said to me that he would not and could not help me until I gave him the name. I said to him that customers are not required to remember the names of service reps. He said something about wait 5 days? He then told me he could not help me and was transfer me to a higher department. So I am waiting online to speak with the higher department for around for another 20 or 30 minutes. I ended the call. I speciously know that my personal info is being put out all over the internet. Almost every time I use the customer service I get hacked and receive many advertisements. I am a disabled US Army Veteran. I am a women. I do not need extra stress wondering if my accounts. has been hacked I do matter and I deserve security just like every account member. My Family and friends enjoyed the encounter. I did not

Desired outcome: I want the money that was stolen returned to my bank account.I want access to my checking and saving bank account.I want accountability for the treatment that I received from BankMobile Vibe/(Bmtx)
